Good and decent product. Cooling is good and fast(12mins for full cooling)....1.2 tons working very fine in 160 sq ft room with sunlight for around while day. So go for it without hesitation. Thus you get better efficiency as its a 1.2 ton AC.

Product is good, producing more noise compared to other brands. Installation is not done properly. Fixed few things by local electrician which costed me more. Installation person took additional amount than the exact amount.No additional equipment is provided by installation person but still took more amount for installation.water pipe also not fixed properly. Batteries are Missing, I bought new one on my own. Remote is not turning off even ac is turned off. Compressor is constantly rotating at same speed. Didn't find any speed change as still it is inverter ac. Overall The product is okay. But didn't met expections.

Installation done by unprofessional cheater worker 1 break tiles during drilling on wall 2 earth wire not connected in outdoor unit (4core wire) 3 indoor has 1 cm space in bottom 4 bottom clip not properly locked hanging on top 2 clip 5 wasted 6 feet copper pipe,wire due to left side drill of indoor (should be right side drill bcoz ODU in right side of indoor unit) Unnecessary Extra pipe 3ft (900rs), wire 2.5 mm 16 ft commected Cost of installation 999 cost of installation 180 18%gst 120. Fare 1000 extra pipe ,wire = 2300 Produt Ok

Waste of money..this is not a ac actually it's a fan only.

Not value for money Samsung 1.5 5 star 5.20 rating in similar price Installation cost really high Already installed otherwise i would have returned the product
