  To connect with the YOU broadband customer care you need to dial the toll-free numbers 91212-91212/1800121222. You can also opt to drop them an e-mail with your query on customercare@youbroadband.co.in. In addition to this, you can visit the Contact Us section on the YOU broadband website where you can also find the address to their offices so that you can plan a visit whenever you wish to inquire about YOU Broadband connection and plans.

• Does YOU Broadband have mobile apps for easy connectivity?

  Yes, YOU Broadband has their dedicated Android app and iOS app that allow users to check their broadband plans and more.

• What are the installation charges for the service?

  The YOU Broadband connection installation charges depend on the validity of the plan. But currently, there are no installation charges for 6 months and 12 months YOU Broadband plans. You might have to pay Rs. 349 (or Rs.300, if done online) if you opt for YOU Broadband plan for 3 to 4 months, and Rs.650 if you choose YOU Broadband plan for 1 to 2 months.

• Are there any additional costs besides installation charges?

  Yes, besides the plan and installation cost, you'll also have to provide a refundable deposit that can range between Rs. 1000- Rs. 2000, depending on the network availability in your city/area. You'll be charged this amount at the time of online or offline payment.
