Excellent but the tumble is too small. 7.5kgs but looks like only 5kg clothes can fit.

Flipkart delivered the product on schedule and the demo and installation also completed with in the day of delivery. Washing machine performance worth full of the product price.

good product but noisy when spin

I have been using this machine since 10 days, so far it is working really well with excellent wash quality. Uses very less water and washing powder. Makes makes high sound 10-15 min before wash cycle finishes. Other than that, it is really value for money.

Working machine very well. Noise is minimal at high speed but can't be considered at this price. It's quality nearly to costly brands.go for it. It's 1200 rpm machine. You find it in only in costly brands.

Awesome washing machine. Smooth and fast.

Using it for past 5 months. Works well. Little noise at 800 rpm but when it goes to 1200 just simply silent. Worth the price we pay. Consumes less water.

Too good product in such less price, other brands giving same product in more than 30k and BPL giving in almost half rate Working smoothly, not much noice, those are saying too much noise at end, please remember other washing machine also making noise at end for spinning and drying. Delivery on time. Installation on time. Working great.

Machine installed on 26th May, Next day of delivery 5 stars for that, Machine was not having any issues in appearance & physical condition except scratches(minor) on two spots. WM is working very nice and cleaning is also superb, it cleans cloth just like hand wash, used it for mixed & quick wash setting which is of 67 & 15 Minutes respectively. Water consumption is also very less, surprisingly it is even less than hand wash. After washing clothes are 75-80% dried. Rat mesh has been not provided from BPL, also Inlet pipe is very small, WM needs to be installed near to the tap else opt for longer pipe on own expense. Machine operation is also very quite, it vibrates and sound little bit during last 5 minutes due to max speed spin but that's ok. Build quality is also great. *********************************************** Unprofessional delivery team, Team that has came for delivery have no worry regarding the proper handling of package, Firstly they fell the box to the ground from one side due to Improper handling of heavy box, Secondly due to weight of package and to save their effort they started pulling the package on ground laying the box horizontally, they were not worried regarding the damage that might be caused to the package because of their negligence. Waiting for installation technician to visit and unbox the washing machine then only I can see if it's all right or not, flipkart must train and instruct their logistics team regarding proper handling of any fragile and costly package. Also before delivery expected installation & demo date was 27th May but after delivery it has been extended to 31st May.

Machine was delivered by Flip kart promptly in nicely packed condition. Installation was made as per schedule also satisfactorily. The machine being delivered on 27 th May and installed on 29 th May.So far used the machine for 6 occasions and i find its performance satisfactory. It cleans much better than top loaded automatic machines. Entanglement of cloth is much less compared to top loaded. It consumes much less water. As i have used it with less quantities of cloth, its noise level, as complained by many users, was not very high during spinning at 1200 rpm. However when wash load is on higher side, spinning sound increases. It is a very good machine from BPL at this price. Look wise and programme option wise it may be not sophisticated but very simple. it is good worth of Money. Only point is that the drum size appears to be small compared to the capacity of 7.5 KG.
