I was using a BPL CRT TV from past 15 years and didnt have any problem this shows you can trust this brand. Exchanged the TV for this model. if you are looking for a low budget HD TV go for this Pros: 1) HD resolution 2) good sound quality 3) sturdy wall mount Cons: 1) Not a smart TV.

Yesterday got my product installed in home and the product is just awesome.. Now am Just buying some additional cable for my television.

Got the TV installed within 48 hours of ordering...that's about Flipkart. Now about the TV...what an upgrade at a price lower than the older TV. Rs. 6000/- buy back offer was icing on the cake. The clarity, sound, size ....just perfect!!! You shouldn't shut down this time BPL, fight the Koreans, Japanese, Germans US products. Come up with the range of smartphones, other gizmos!!!

BPL is more than 50 years old company and is well known for its quality in electronics. This is a nice looking led tv with full hd. The 40" size led display is best for this price tag compared to others. This tv has got built-in digital amplifier with an AV out option. The quality of sound has been dramatically increased after connecting this device with home theatre. After wall mounting, using the USB and other ports at the back of the tv is bit difficult. Other than this, overall the television is good. Flipkart delivered this led receiver within 5 days and arranged for free installation within 24 hrs after delivery.

After many research decided to go with BPL, since having the brand name. Checked in retailers shop it was difficult to find a 40inch tv less than 40K. Beleived BPL company and ordered in Flipkart. Received the item in 2 days and installation was done on the same day which didn't expect. Pros : 1. Worth for 25k, you can't a branded TV for this price 2. It is Slim and sleek and both the stands are included, we can prefer which was we need to fix. 3. Display is good, played 10gb blueray movie from pen drive. It was amazing and pixels didn't break 4. Sound is good. you can expect more from 25k TV. 5. Latest options for Audio in and output are provided, which can used for DVD player and setup box. 3HDMI jacks are provided. Cons- Only one issue I faced is inserting the pendrive. They are kept at the back of the TV, which was difficult to insert. May be we need to buy a extension cable to insert cable. On the whole,was satisfactory with the 40inch TV.. Really double worth for this price... Thanks BPL and Flipkart for providing a such product with a reasonable price..

Bought this TV two Days Back, some audio format won't support, Clarity Wise super, FHD video 1080support very good with clear clarity. Comparing to Micromax and Intex This is worth buying. Best 40 inch FHD TV. Thanks For BPL n Flipkart.

Now After 15 Days of working I found this is the best , as compair to other brands like SONY & Samsung.......! Bought BPL LED tv, based on my experience of having a 10 year old BPL CRT TV, functioning fine. I Have an HD set top box which connects to HDMI port, picture quality looks gr8 on this tv (1080p) Colour reproduction is very good. It has 3HDMI and 1 USB port. USB port is USB2.0 and you can play almost all formats of movies on this tv (avi,mpg,mkv.....) PC can be connected to the TV though i have not yet done One drawback it has is that the USB port is on the back side of this TV, which on mounting the TV to wall, becomes difficult but not impossible to access. There are three preset picture colour settings and a user setting option to set brightness, contrast, sharpness,noise etc. Sound too has equalizer band with preset and manual options for users. Picture size can be set between 16:9 & 4:3 based on input signal. All functions are available to access on remote itself and also on the cabinet in case remote battery goes down. Screen is actually 40"(102 cm) and looks quite big. Sound is also good, has an option for surround sound to be turned on and off. Flipkart delivery and tv installation is very fast, happened in 1 week time of ordering.

Usual flipkart delivery was awesome. But the installation and demo egg. not turned up or picking my phone calls. You need to watch the packed television for a week and running behind flipkart customercare and the third party people assigned for installation.Will update about the television once the product has been installed.

Giving the comment after using 2 years. No issues Vgud product for 23k on 2014 year.

I wasn't sure if that brand which my dad got 15 years back would still be good enough but that tv still works so I went with my gut feeling and its simply awesome. Ports are no issue anymore I have got 3 HDMI ports USB used for chromecast to turn this into smarter tv and believe me sound on this one will blow ur mind. Picture quality awesome.

Better than branded costlier TVs like Sony Samsung etc... Highly recommended TV in lower price with full HD... Made in India. I bought this TV one week back,The TV is awesome for normal usage for watching movies and serials,display clarity is good,sound is good,I am a big fan of BPL,Hope that BPL will maintain its quality as earlier.User manual needs to be improved,as others said USB port is not easy to reach,

TFT TV's of BPL are prominent in my child hood days but thanks to BPL for adopting the new technology.40 inch FULL HD TV for 25k is a good thing absolutely happy with the product.Kudos to flipkart for their prompt delivery.

Very Nice, Gorgeous TV, very clear images, good sound. just waited 2 weeks for delivery. But waiting was worth. from flipkart side, everything was perfect. Delivery executive was very good, so was the installation guys. Keep it up BPL India, keep it up Flipkart.Updating my review again, as some people here said, not good reception, sound, but if you will check sound is better then many good costly TVs, 10x2 w better then other TVs that only have 8x2 w, secondly if someone buys a full HD TV then watch HD Channels and see the difference on your own. Otherwise many have seen that advt UNCLE KA TV DUBBA. Guys I have bravia also, but i cant feel any difference in reception when watching HD Channels. Both are same.

The TV is awesome but the only problem is initially it lags for 15 seconds after switch on the tv.. if bpl can fix this then its great.. I ordered this in big billion days from flipkart.. hence delivery was pathetic they took almost 10 days..

I got this LED TV on 27th Feb-16 & within 2 hours it got installed. The experience with this LED TV till the date is Excellent. Very good TV with this budget. People should buy this TV and should trust on this brand BPL. Today is 29-Sep-2018. Still more over 3.5 years I'm using this LED TV. My experience is Very Nice.

i was not interested in investing huge money in TV, so i have chosen trusted but low budget brand -BPL. It is working excellent. One can connect chrome cast & enjoy all benefits of a smart TV. Or Connect with your laptop via HDMI cable & enjoy movies in all formats.

The product is very good. I liked the build quality and the superiority. Unfortunately, received a damaged product. Have requested for refund.

i ve been using this tv since 3 months, so far no complaints. dont expect too much about the display. its good while watching on setup box.or cable (5/5). while playing hd videos from usb there is increased in contrast (4/5). for this price range it is good. sound output is awesome (5/5).still custom speakers from market is recommended to enjoy bass treble etc...

Disadvantage: I lose my BPL TV remote, but still I can't get remote from market. pls. arrange accessories also. I purchase BPL 42 Inch LED Full HD TV - after 1 year i give a feedback about my TV. i refer this product and brand all looking Sony , Panasonic, LG & samsung) but some people are focused on this BPL Products. Very good product. i hope Flipkart give a support to BPL to increase the sales continue. Good Quality. but increase the BPL service centers to all location & pincodes. its better for customers.

nice tv but the accessing of usb is some what difficult and worthy for money,picture and sound quality are good
