When I decided to buy a 32 inch TV at this price-point, to be honest, I was not expecting much in terms of technology etc. I still don't. What remain are the good old expectations - good quality picture and clear sound. I am happy to say that I am satisfied with what I got - clear picture and nice sound. I will not compare this TV with other expensive brands. Cannot comment on after-sales service - as I have not used it yet. Thank you BPL!

I have got this on 21st Jul'15 very quick and safe delivery thanks to flipkart such a careful delivery. About the product we all know about BPL brand it hence proved again such a excellent LED TV with in a budget range. Sound,picture and user friendly operating look everything is damm good. it supports almost all formats(I have also tested .mkv and .flv) of videos and audio, except .avi format videos as it is not supporting the .avi format and also I have seen one more issue 'Resolution is not supported' for some of the high end quality pixel resolution videos.except these this TV is excellent one. Hope BPL gives best product support in future.

FlipKart is just AWESOME, ordered it on Friday (17th Jul) and got delivered on Monday (20th Jul), Installation and Demo is done on the same day. too good. Coming to the product, old is always gold, BPL is back with a bang into the market.

Purchased washing machine and TV in the same order. It was received at the time given. Installation was instant. Totally suprised with the kind of service flipkart and their installation /service partner have provided. A very happy customer and will continue to buy large appliances from flipkart with more confidence now.

Its a nice TV. I am happy with it. The features are good, The picture quality is good. overall Its a nice tv in a tight budget.

We ordered the tv on Friday n received Sunday, but when talk about the installation they will drag. so we personally paid for the installation. Yet to see durability of tv.

Initially I was not sure to go for this product or not . But Now I feel that I have made a correct choice. I have been using this TV for last 2 weeks, the display and sound quality is good. So far I did not faced any problems. Thanks to Flipkart

Not buy this product....Please don't buy all BPL products. ...Flipkart pls don't sell BPL products.. I Brought this product 3 months before .. I works good for past 3 months .. Now the picture is not displaying and only sound is hearing..It's like a radio now. I registered my complaint in BPL , but they not yet addressed my complaint yet.. If we called to the customer care number also....sometimes only they will pick up .... Very poor service.....so please don't buy this product .. i think micromax or vivo is better that BPL.. Flipkart don't sell BPL products ...........

A very good product from BPL. Flipkart has delivered it on time immediately followed the installation.

Was looking for the TV for bedroom & combed through many brands, but zeroed in on BPL TV, as our previous experience with the 29" CTV from BPL was just fantastic. Overall product is really nice... Installation & Demo service was done immediately along with the product delivery...

It is supported 1TB External HD and hd videos super. i am satisfied. Audio sound is very good. i can see my wedding photos in tv very beautiful.

BPL offers a good product for the given price range. Inbuilt speakers do produce less sound compared to other models.. nonetheless the product is good and value for money.

only problem with this product is slow USB reading picture will be ahead and sound will come later SO this might not be the greatest deal ever......

Tv clearity is not good

Hi , i have purchage bpl led tv but that was faulty product , on the begning this was working but now i got fault in HDMI port are not working & power saver button is also not working right now . i have logged the complain 3 days before in BPL service center but they are working very slow proccess. right now i am facing this problem but my faulty part has still not change. they are saying your part is in process & i am waiting. so dear buyer please check everything when you purchage this product.

I purchased a bpl tv, initially I had a doubt we going for a new brand but I have confident im purchasing from flipkart so no issues I can trust

Average product,service of BPL is not good.

Remote button are too noisy . Some of the audio and video format not supporting. HDMI port of the TV what i bought is misaligned out 3 , 2 was not proper finish . Picture quality is not good comparing to Sony 24 inch LED tv.

I ordered the TV on 16th July and the seller delivered the product on 17th July. But the installation is not yet done even after 5 days. The product looks Ok for the price.
