I am really happy with the service BPL provided. Delivery and installation was done on apt time. This TV is worth much more for the price paid and no doubt it's the best TV with all the features in this range in the market. I recommend BPL to everyone. Picture and sound quality is great! I purchased the TV to encourage Indian brands, and I'm happy with my decision.

The installation is on the estimated date no on the delivery day. Flipkart use delivery before the estimated date. When it comes to tv the product is really good an INDIAN product very much worth for its rate...Definitely we can buy the product.

Its a awesome customer supports from Flipkart I am happy with Flipkart I purchased a B.P.L television from flipkart but we sought out the technical problem in mother board. Regarding this issue i have a replacement of the product. Immediaately flipkart care and B.P.L care were both responded and they resolving my problem. Thanks for Flipkart

It was a nice deal to have a 32 inch led for 12.5 K after 10% discount and exchange of an old CRT TV. We are using it as a bedroom TV and the TV seems to be very good, in (HD ready segment) Picture quality and audio. The Bluetooth option is amazing. it plays a number of formats of videos.. MP4, MKV and supports even with AC3, 5.1 sound. but as we all know it plays out as stereo. I recommend the product for HD Ready seekers. before the product, flipkart is jus awesome, an example for quick safe delivery and stunning service even to remote place like mine!!! Lets get back! BPL--- Value for money, clear picture and good sound, checked with sundirect DTH box. USB and MHL make a cool addon. Happy to find BPL back in market with this awesome LED product. Would like to see more high quality Indian products.

One of the best VFM (Value for Money) purchases I have made. Good clarity, decent sound (with graphic equalizer / surround), array of digital controls to adjust the picture to your needs and liking. Wall hanging fittings included in the box. Flipkart delivery has never been disapponting!

Superb.......

I got this last week, it good and I am satisfied with it output. The picture and sound quality is perfect. other connectivity is also good, haven't tested MHL as I don't have any, else all perfect... But BPL need to provide extended warranty on the device which is disappointing...

Once again BPL proves.."Believe in the Best".. overall good feature and I am satisfied with it.. the picture quality is similar to Sony ..

Ya it's really nice product I have got. Sound and picture quality is justified for this price and there is some advanced features also there like Bluetooth, power saver mode, few more. Over all the product is good

i thought to buy Indian products and went for this to support our Indian brands (i was also ready to compromise little bit on quality) but quality of the product is not at all good. Plastic, Power cord and materials used for TV don't seem good/quality one. This is just HD ready TV and we should always give High Definition signal input to get good quality. Remote buttons are so hard to press and not user friendly. If you have HD set-top box and you want just LED TV to watch, go for this. Else go to some other TV with Full HD option. I expect our Indian brand companies should improve their quality of the products since we are always there to support our Indian brands.

BPL 32 LED TV is good but sound is bad because of TV speakers is back side on the TV so no clarity sound from the between TV and Wall ..... :( ...

It's unable to deliver in Bangalore 560018 . I request seller to deliver the product in Bangalore city as delivered before
