    thanks for delivery in time as promised. The AC was installed by BPL in time .The AC is very good better then other brands.it has few new featuresas well as the cooling is very good no noise at all .i would recommend buying the BPL ACregardskrishna

    Cooling is quite good and fast....got at reasonable price on sale. Delivery was also before time.Thanks to Amazon.But there is need to improve BPL customer care service as installation was done after 3 days of delivery after calling numerous time on BPL customer service number.Rather than calling mail them at wecare@bpl.in after delivery of AC

    Product: Good, awesome cooling and silent.Installation: Depends on your luck when it comes to the installation team.Of the 3 ACs and the three technicians for the same home, one was neatly done while the other 2 rooms had water leaking the next day post the installation.

    Product is good, got delivered on time but very very pathetic service by BPL. Customer care continuously busy. Nobody ready to take request for installation. Terrible experience. Somehow got installed through another Amazon vendor.Afraid what will happen if any warranty issue raises...

    It's the worst product ever. Do yourself a favour and do not even consider it.I bought 2 of these Ac's thinking it's an economical product and bpl being a decently reputed company.I Bought this in may.after installation I noticed there was no cooling at all.I called the call centre 3 times. Each time they promised they will send their technicians3 times some ppl came, noticed its faulty, wrote in their register and went back. Without doing anything.Then it became worse.They refused to install it and demanded approx 8k for installation of compressor. These are the company ppl mind you.When I refused saying they shouldn't be asking for it and even then market rate is 4K, they threw a fit and walk off in a huff.I got it done myself.Then I asked them to put the gas they said they said I will have to pay 4K. Till 2 days back the gas filling was free because it was a product fault. Now it suddenly has to be charged.I called the call centre manager again. He said it will be done complementary. For one week he kept saying tomm , tomm , tomm. Now he says they will not install it and that I will have to pay for it.This is atrocious service levels u heard of.Mind you both the Ac's are not working. The entire summer has almost gone without me getting to use either of the Ac's.I hope this does not happen to any of you.Do not buy bpl.I plan to take further action on this.This is plain cheating.If they rectify this issue. I will let you people knowRegardsSidharthA very irate and angry customerA big no to any product of bpl for me.Update: 27th july- post this review I receive a call from the head office saying they will have the installation done. Their technicians come and now demand 7000/- for filling the gas. BPL - what is happening ??? Is it a banana republic at your company. I intend to approach the consumer courts.(Details of this conversation are so so strange that they seem funny)

    I was trying to reach bpl service desk for past 3 days. One Lady is used to receive call having typical South Indian tone who doesn't know English other than asking your name and phone number and telling you that we will call you back, they never calls back ( There is no provision to attach call details here ). Whats the point of buying it when you can not get it installed??Update as on 23rd May 2017I have got installed this AC from third party as there was no response from BPL call center. There were three issues at the time of installation(1) Gas pressure was very low close to 20 (may be gas got leaked) - This was fixed by installation team at extra cost of Rs 1200 (Pressure was 80 after refill)(2) Indoor unit fan was making noise - Installation team asked to contact Manufacturer for this issue(3) Electricity consumption is very high.After This: Since day one, it is not able to cool the room properly, compressor ran for 4-5 hours nonstop but couldn't bring down temp to desired level.The cool air coming from ac is not cool enough. It lacks chilling effect and one has to directly take the air on himself to get relief. When I pressed turbo mode option for cooling, Voltage suddenly dropped and voltmeter started dancing between 0 to 220 V.Fortunately, Mr. Rakesh Gupta from Lucknow called me from BPL installation team for installation of AC. It was surprising because BPL call center never noted my request (my original review ). But it's okay, I asked him to visit for fan noise and cooling issue. He sent someone in Allahabad who fixed Indoor unit fan noise issue (it was manufacturing defect - the swing unit end point was misplaced hence it got bent and started making noise).He also claimed that he has increased cooling but for me, but it hardly made a difference.When I called Mr. Rakesh Gupta again for cooling issue, He refused to talk and said he is not from BPL and takes service request from multiple brands. if cooling is not proper then log complaint with BPL again. He cannot do anything without service request from BPL (Probably he knew it very well that its next to impossible to get help from BPL call center).When I checked the return policy, it says I can return it till month end but no clear guidelines. I have seen other brand ACs perform well in same type of conditions.Update on 07th June 2017:Very very pathetic service by BPL Customer care, Terrible experience. Finally moved to court by filing Consumer Complaint yesterday.I would recommend NOT to buy BPL AC ever.

    Very worst product.I have tured with this product bcz it doesn't give me reliable service, whereas I make service many times.This product have Aluminium condenser and aluminium compressor in place of copper items in this view it is also worst.I am fed up with this product and service too.
