Its so confusing to read reviews. Someone says ?excellent?,other person says ?worst?. any howDelivery was perfect no repeated calls, contactless and on timeUsed the machine for week so far. Seems wonderful. Cloths feel softer and fluffy. No heat damage so far, been using low heat modes and even that does the job.Living in appartments have less space for bed sheets, and clothes in balcony. Personally i feel it quite tacky to see cloths there all the time.So all in all feeling good about this machine

This machine has some strange behavior happening. It runs, then stops and keeps beeping and then starts again, it does this many times through the drying cycle, but it is better then the IFB version!!!!!!!!!

It doesn?t worth for money spends and not working properly for drying the cloths completely. Its keeps running even after shows ENDS. Not to buy.

Very unhappy with this product.The installation team said certain parts are not working and replacement parts are being ordered and we have to pay for it even though the washer was never used.We are still waiting.Also the Bosch condenser dryer dries clothes to about 70% dry or less.Very disappointment with Bosch.Would like to hear from them.
