The machine works really well. Low noise, low water consumption and the clothes come out nice and clean. Clothes are not tangled, so they are easy to iron.However, service from Bosch is very slow and unreliable. The installation guys came only after multiple escalations and follow-ups with both Bosch and Amazon.

I got this product from nearby showroom for 37k when Amazon was showing 38k. Found some physical damages and bosh got it replaced. Technician gave great demo. Everything working fine, less noise, almost no vibration, easy pre programmes.Happy with it.

Bosch does its job well outstanding performance vibration free as I was using ifb 8kg senator no were compared with bosch interms of its performance and design little expensive 3 to 5k but worth for its quality assurance

Excellent washing machine, low noise, cleaning is very good. Water filter is provided to avoid any damage due to dirty water. Door lock can be opened in case it gets stuck up. Clothes can be added after start of machine. Slow washing option can reduce power and water consumption.
