Of course product is good. But irrespective of repeated follow-ups no one from technical support visited to do the installation n demonstration. May be because of the pandemic situation, but hasn't received a very basic courtesy call for video installation which was also mentioned in SMS. I didn't know what if in near future I face any technical glitch? I will be stuck...

nice products and having the facility for hot and col water inlet pipe...but don't have inbuilt heater..for hot water u need water heater connection

After using for 2 weeks, the machine works as expected (fine and smooth). An important point I would like to mention here: Though there is provision of separate hot water inlet, there is no inbuilt heater. So, if you do not have separate hot water tap, you can go for another version (WOE704W0IN) of the washing machine without hot water inlet and is Rs. 1000 less.
