Excellent product

Performance of the washing machine is quite good. Demo and Installation was before the scheduled time. So overall good experience.

Wonderful product by Bosch. I bought it for 30K. Order was delivered by Flipkart in 2 days. Also, installation was done by Bosch within 48 hours of delivery. Bosch engineer who came for installation suggested to extend warranty for another 2 years (total of 4 years from date of purchase) for Rs. 3500. I have not taken it yet. We can decide within 150 days from date of purchase whether to go for extended warranty or not. The extra things which WAK24264IN has over WAK24164IN are EcoPerfect, Allergy plus, Pre-wash soak, larger LED display and ability to control water temperature during washing cycle. Also, it might appear that WAK24268IN is latest product and WAK24264IN is an older model (because of naming conventions) but WAK24268IN is year 2014 model. WAK24264IN was released in June 2018. so, I decided to go for WAK24264IN model. Also, WAK24264IN is not present on Bosch India official website but it is genuine Bosch product. Hope this helps.

QUALITY AND FINISHING ARE VERY GOOD ALSO VERY EASY SYSTEM FOR WASH. BUT SECOND VERY BAD EXPERIENCE IN INSTALLATION, BECAUSE IN BIHAR BOSCH HAS NOT OWN SERVICE CENTER. SERVICE & INSTALLATION PROVIDE BY IFB, AND IFB DO TOO DELAY IN INSTALLATION TREATED AS BRAND COMPETITOR. AFTER 14 DAYS PROVIDED INSTALLATION AFTER MANY COMPLAINTS TO BOTH FLIPKART & BOSCH.

Delivery by E-Kart people job is fantastic - These people are well trained by Flipkart (no doubt). Good Job by delivery team. Washing machine quality is supper and work perfectly. latest and modern functionality by Bosch Washing cloths very cleanly Good quality metal used. No error founds after using 4 to 5 hours continuously. Worth for money. Fantastic service by Flipkart.

Now this time worst service provided by flipkart. Delivery is as per shedule on 22.10.2018 but installation not completed till 05.11.2018. They all time extend their service period by 24-48 hours. Really its very irritating. After 15 days my washing machine kept useless without installation. Very pathetic service...shame on you flipkart
