Best front Load washing machine2416SIN latest model, if u need additional settings go for 2426SIN

I am posting the review within 1 day of purchase.It's an amazing model with all necessary features. However, I have bought this from Croma instead of Amazon(Cloud tail) precisely because they have been fooling around for this particular model as it's a recent launched and is not yet available with them.Pros:-1. Lesser noise2. Very minimal vibration3. Thumbs up to Washing quantity as I have today washed my few soiled jeans which I have kept aside for this day.Cons:1. None observed yet.I will definitely post another review after a month's usages.Croma delivery was seamless within next day of order.Bosch installation guy was quite informative and he came immediately on the next day of delivery. (Special thumbs up to him)Definitely a good product to invest in.Note:- Hope Amazon doesn't delete my review.

The product may be good but it is good only if it is installed by technician. The machine was installed after 9 days. I kept on asking toll free no for one week. Sometimes twice a day and they intimated that they can forward the request . The service centres , it seems is useless. I would have given star in negative but there is no option. My grievance is with Bosch customer care and service centre. Let us hope i don't need these two for years to come. If it is required then god knows harassment and frustration i will have to face.

Worst experience with the delivered item:Two times delivered the defective item, at the end i am going to install the defected one (pic attached).They procure the factory seconds goods from the manufacturer on huge discount and sell on online platform at 20-30% discount.It is better to purchase from the open market at higher price as compare to online shopping. At least we can get the fresh product.
