I really love this machine...even I am buying the Bosch product 2 nd time n yeah it is good and value for money .but yeah I guess seller service is not that great I got this machine after 11 day of booking other wise its a good purchase..

very good experience till now.. installation team was decent enough..they didnt try to sell anything to me..even the necessary 1/2" to 3/4" adapter (which is infamously reported to be sold by them) also had to be provided by me..only quick installation and demo was given by them..machine was delivered very carefully by flipkart guys (although a bit delayed)..macine is working very nice.. almost no noise and vibrations..you have to carefully level the machine during installation to decrease noise and vibration..no complaints till now

Overall experience with Flipkart was remarkable. On-time delivery, dedicated delivery person and professional installation approach. Product is value for money. a bit more noisier than my earlier LG, due to direct drive vs belt drive motor. Features are excellent, especially reload laundry function, which is unique in Front loaded washing machine. External sediment filter provided by Bosch is a great option to prevent clogging.

Machine is best with excellent features..was bit disappointed with the delay in delivery of product, got my product after 12 days of ordering,after that had to struggle a bit for installation as got my installation done after 3days of delivery and also after doing so many calls to customer care of Flipkart and Bosch both
