good product from BOSCH. noice is very less compare to others.

Its everything you expect from a front load washing machine. i upgraded from a top load Samsung machine, and the difference is pleasantly evident. its environment friendly too, uses lesser water and electricity. cons The bosch service is mediocre. They took an unfairly long time to install the machnie, i was annoyed to the point that i was thinking about returning it.

Purchased this from a local dealer at 31K and its fantastic washing machine, no problems at all

Washing machine got delivered within one day. I opted for exchange offer but when Ekart delivery person came and inspect my washing machine, he denied to pick it up due to a very minor rust at the bottom which was not visible at all. I requested him a lot to talk to his superior and senior people so that old washing machine can be picked up. He did not show any initiative and talked very casually. He could not convince his senior and finally they refused to pick up my old machine. On delivery aspect they showed their unwillingness to put machine at the right place at my home. He was just trying to put my machine close to door itself. I felt very disappointed from the behavior and rigidness of delivery people. With regards to demo and installation, it got completed on the same day. Technician had good knowledge and he provided demo efficiently. Giving 4 stars just because of Bosch company not for flipkart.

product that i got from seller is in used state and then waited for approx 10 days to get the product replaced. the replacement even was again a used product... shown to bosch engineer and he agreed on same and made an excuse that its not used but a tested product... filed an issue with flipkart but no respond yet... worst experience buying a product with flipkart.
