5 stars for the product. But for delivery, even a 1 star would be generous! Amazon messed up spectacularly with my delivery. I ended up getting a full day's LOP cause of this. They sent me a msg saying it had been delivered but no one was at home. So I called amazon customer care and they too said its been delivered. WHAT? I rush home and... NOTHING, NADA. No delivery. Not even a toothbrush had been delivered. Four hours of calls and runarounds later, they said there'd been some tagging error or some such nonsense. And it was subsequently delivered a further 2 days later.Called bosch for installation, that took a further 5 days (1 star for them as well!). Guy did what he had to do, explained a few settings, charged 150 for a tap adaptor. Tried flogging some bosch products (descaler/stand) even though we very nicely told him to stop upselling, do his job and leave.As for the WM itself: 5 star. works like a charm, super quiet, water and electricity consumption - only time will tell but according to their engineer it will be 25% lesser than standard machines. Big claims, let's see how that pans out! Only thing I dislike is that there is no child lock on it - esp considering it can be opened/reset mid cycle. My little one has already decided that she loves the dial and because there's no child lock we end up using it only when she's fast asleep and can do no damage. Otherwise, exceptional product.

It is excellent. I couldn't even imagine to get this product in this price range i.e within 25000/-.Product delivery is very good. Delivery men are very cool and did not hesitate to lift this heavy weighted item to my flat in 2nd floor.Packaging is excellent.After sales service is also very nice. Bosch people came and explained each and every function. They did not pressurise me to buy any product like stand or cover. Very good people.Machine is very good. Using regularly. Practically soundless even in higher spin also. Washing quality is also very good. Machine is awesome and Amazon delivery was always good, but the problem is with service team from BOSCH. I think we can call them as sales person instead of service engineer. Before visiting for Installation they will present one PPT through phone by explaining supported products for washing machine such as Stand, Pipe connector etc... and the prices was too higher.

Awesome washing machine. It washes the clothes really well. Less sound, uses only limited water, warms the water before washing. Best buy for this cost range.

A typical Bosch product, does what it supposed to do without any fuss. Very easy to use and great results.. the clothes come out almost dry and it removed even the tough stains with the daily wash cycle! The delivery was dot on time and the Bosch people installed it the same day at no extra charges.( I paid only Rs 150/- for an adaptor which was required).

Spent around ₹1000 for adapter and cleanning powder which we purchased from bosh installation person.We have used the machine twice after purchase... noise levels are very low... wash is good and has lot of optionsLastly price available on amazon was the best when I purchased... Overall very good deal

Buy a cover from the technician it's needed. This is a good buy for the price.Amazon offered an exchange and the whole process was smooth. I also got a gift card later. The delivery and installation was totally hassle free.
