I SUGGEST DO NOT BIY THIS PRODUCT IT GAVE A VERY BAD TIME.. IT WAS LOFE THREATENING.. KEEP YOUR CHILDREN AWAY... WHILE IT WAS RUNNING THE WHOLE MACHINE STARTS JUMPING AND MOVING... DAMAGED WALLS DAMAGED AL SURROUNDINGS AND ALSO THE MOTHER BOARD BURST.. NO RESPONSE FROM BOSCH SERVICE ASWELL FEEL LIKE THROWING THE WASHING MACHINE INTHE BOSCH SHOWROOM.. WHICH AM GOING TO DO THAT

Had a very bad experience. Bought a similar model WAK20060IN on 07/03/2015 and the outer frame started rusting. Now the drum is hitting against the sides and will require close to Rs. 8000 to change. Since changing the drum alone will not solve the problem I have decided to buy a new machine, definitely not Bosch. My previous IFB lasted 15 years and I had to give it away only because the lock on the lid wouldnt close properly and there were no spares available.

When you gets the delivery within 36 hrs of ordering and still after 9 days you consistently chasing the team for installation that?s kills the spirit about a brand name like BOSCH. This is the main difference between LG and Bosch. I thought of using a global brand but I think I m wrong. I m disappointed and now willing to return it as when I mGetting such service just after buying what will happen in future. DISAPPOINTED.
