It's just been a day since this refrigerator has found its cozy corner at my rez. So far so good. Quick and timely delivery by Flipkart, followed by great installation support provided by Bosch (it took them less than 6 hours to send across their technicians for installation and demo). The big machine runs like a charm with the lowest hum. It cools the compartments down real fast. Bosch provides with the two ice packs, that I found really nifty! Well done Flipkart and Bosch.

It's been 5 months since I have this machine. There is no issue which is noteworthy to mention here. I only wish there was some more options in the temperature control panel to select the freezer temperature from. As claimed by BOSCH, this is a zero-nonsense and zero-frost refrigerator. The glass black finish has added to the aesthetics of my kitchen. I absolutely love the way this machine cools things down in the cooler section. It would be wrong to not mentioned about power consumption. In Eco settings (6 degree C in cooler, and -16 degree C in freezer), with generic amount of items inside, the consumption doesn't go beyond ~200/- pm, which is great in comparison to the other side-by-side refrigerators. Go for it, you would not regret the decision!

Water gets collected in the vegetable tray , even the Bosch technicians are not able to solve the problem . Looks good and fits beautifully in my new kitchen , but 'WORST' after sale service !!!!

This is worst refrigrator please do not buy this i purchased it . It works only for 1 month . Bosch is worst company . They do not provide any warranty .it work like almirah . No cooling at all . They are taking money for almirah . See the temperature in pics . It provides 14 degree instead of 4 or 3 degree

Their service is very very poor. It will take them 20 to 25 days to attend a complaint. And every time you call they will give a new date and time. Even if you write mails or put up a message on twitter they don't bother to reply. Don't buy any appliances from BOSCH.

This is a very poor quality fridge and I would highly recommend no one buys it.
Cooling in the daily use section (not freezer) has not been good enough since the day the fridge was installed and all our fruits and vegetables are spoiling in a day. I did not expect this quality from such an expensive product.
I also called their customer support at Bosch and service engineers never show up. They always claim they 'service engineer called and you didn't pick up'. But when I have registered an appointment, then they should show up at the scheduled time rather than calling. So finally I got them to come in the evening and the person said he needed another 'device' to check cooling / stats and will come on Monday. He didn't turn up on Monday, so we booked another service request - again 'we called and you didn't pick up' - even though appointment was scheduled for a fixed time and they could have just showed up. Once again, I called to book another service request - engineer was supposed to come today, but didn't and no call.
And now when I call their customer support, they say 'someone from concerned department will call you'. This is no way. If you have so many concerned departments, then fix the fridge, clearly there are departments but not concerned.
