Good product from BOSCH but avaibility issues, Even in Loni kalbhor, urali kanchan and Hadpsar it is not available

Great washing machine from Bosch. I am using this machine from past 2 months, no problem till now. many washing option, low noise, low vibration. Very effective use of water and detergent. Go for it without a second thought. BTW there is no comparison any other brands in the market. Bosch is the leader in front load washing machines

We have taken this machine in Croma,from past 1 month onward we are using we have not found any issues, really its a superb machine just go for it.......

THE MACHIN IS AMEZZING. ITS WORK VERY SMOOTLY. CELANS VERY WELL. ONE DRABACK OF MACHINE AFTER PURCHSING WASHING DEPARTMENT COMING TO ME. I AM VERY GLAD TO DO THIS. BECAUSE WE BOTH WORKED. IN MEAL TIME I COMPLETE THE ALL CLOTHS WITHIN 30 MINITES. BEFORE MY WIFE COMMING FROM WORK I COMPLETE THE WASHING DEPARTMENT VERY EASILY. I SALUTE TO GERMAN TECHNOLOGY "WE ARE MAD FOR MACHINES." BUT ONE THING IN MIND NO DEMO GIVEN ITS VERY BAD FOR CUSTOMERS.

I was highly apprehensive on buying a washing machine from an online retailer. But, on finding that the local stores were trying to push off older models, I finally decided to buy it from flipkart.com, since flipkart is the only online retailer that is yet to fail me. It was a nerve biting experience, since I had never purchased any thing as huge as a washing machine online. When I discovered that flipkart had chosen GATI couriers for delivery, I was frightened because I had a very bad experience with them. But it soon turned out that the washing machine had reached my home in a very good condition and in a reasonable time. The packing was excellent and the GATI delivery service personnel were polite. BOSCH service personnel came to our house immediately for installation and demo. This is where BOSCH and IFB stands out. The service engineers were polite, knowledgeable and honest. They did all checks like water pressure, water quality and didn't recommend any unwanted accessories. Then came the problem. After a week, when I opened the washing machine door for loading the clothes, nearly 10 liters of water gushed out of the machine. I was aghast and registered a complaint with BOSCH and service engineers turned up immediately on the next working day. They couldn't discover any problem in the machine and advised me to inform them if the problem persisted. I simulated the possible causes and finally discovered that the safety mechanism to lock the door perennially if water is present inside the tub, is not available in BOSCH and SIEMENS. Imagine there is a power failure, the users can automatically open the door after 10 minutes. Any accidental opening will result in water gushing out of the machine. I later found out that someone had accidentally operated the machine without clothes inside and then switched off the machine, which resulted in draining of water from the tub to the floor, when the door was opened. I was deeply disappointed with this feature, which is not suitable for a country like India, having chronic power shortage. Anyway, since I had purchased the machine without going in deep about its features, I decided to get on with it. There are no other problems. The noise level is very low and vibration is unbelievably less, compared to other machines of other makes. The cleaning quality is very good and dries enough for an 800 rpm machine. There is no heat development and unwanted power consumption. The BOSCH service personnel are very happy to help us. Another disappointment is the flipkart customer service. The persons attending the phone have communication problems. When the washing machine was yet to be delivered, I was facing a lot of calls from customer service requesting me to immediately inform them after the delivery so as to arrange installation personnel. But after I contacted them after delivery, they were too confused and I had to call BOSCH directly, who immediately dispatched the engineers. A week after installation, someone from the flipkart customer service again contacted me for confirmation to send BOSCH personnel and I was annoyed at their lack of co-ordination. Nevertheless, the packing was so great that the installation team were deeply impressed with flipkart.com. PROS: 1) Less Noise and vibration 2) Less power consumption 3) Good customer service 4) Good washing quality 5) BOSCH doesn't recommend unwanted accessories CONS: 1) Safety door lock mechanism not adequate. 2) 800 RPM is quite low for drying and 1000 RPM machines, may be better. 3) Price is very high 4) Warranty period is very low compared to IFB. Before purchasing, I contacted BOSCH and asked them why at all I should purchase a washing machine that is so costly and have lesser warranty compared to IFB and LG. They replied that their machine is better than others, because its BOSCH.

Washing machine is good but the Inlet hose and it's fittings are worst. Hose is only one meter long not enough to connect with tap. Inlet Fitting I have changed 2 times with in 2 months

Please do not buy Bosch products, they charge a 20-40% premium over similar washing machines of samsung and lg. I was forced to buy a descaling powder for Rs600 otherwise they won't provide warranty card. Bosch literally fleeces customers. Exorbitantly high sales and servicing charges. Please don't buy bosch products, they don't even more than a year warranty on motor. IFB is a way better product overall, just don't buy the humdrum of accessories.

Hi All, I have bought the washing machine and i got delivered it on 21st Nov. Till now nobody has turned up for installation. I have been calling Bosch customer care multiple times - and they keep raising complaints and installation requests. BOSCH has a PATHETIC SERVICE NETWORK. I am ALREADY REGRETTING for buying this machine. PLEASE DONT BUY THIS MACHINE - UNLESS YOU ARE LUCKY!!! Regards, Vinoth

Worst experience and the product is not yet delivered, purely fraud dealing and very pathetic support from Flipcart entire team...

My worst experience of buying a washing machine has been with Bosch , within 3 years of use the machine started multiple problems , and now I have to sell it on scrap value . Brought with huge expectations , original parts for Bosch are so costly that rather you can easily buy a alternate machine from a different brand . Had used whirlpool automatic machine for almost 9 years without much issues . Bosch machine has given me a very bad experience and not recommended .
