Good stuff, go for it! Only product delivery was a problem, Amazon should sack the delivery partner. I had to escalate the issue only then the product was delivered.

Very spacious, great look, silent operation, so far so good.Easy to install on our own,started using after 4 hrs from delivery as per user manual instructions. Registered for Bosch installation,home connect option which can be assisted by Bosch customer service team.I will really recommend others.

I purchased the product from Amazon after extensive search in offline Stores like Croma, Reliance and few dealers for a month or so. I was willing to pay a little extra to get to see the product. Croma was offering 2 year additional warranty. I bought the product from Croma but it was one year old model, similar looking but 2 star. After realising the mistake, spoke to the Croma Manager, who was gracious enough to refund as they couldn't match the price on Amazon for the latest model. Then I got the best price here. and I couldn't pass-up the difference of about 10K from Offline stores. bought the same 2 year additional warranty from amazon and that too from the same service provider offered at Croma but slightly higher price offered at Croma.I was worried about warranty, and then checked up with Bosch Mumbai before purchase. Bosch assured that they would honour the warranty for purchases on Amazon. Amazon were organising the installation but they would start the process of loggin for installation after the product is delivered. I was promised that it would take about 48 hrs. but since the product was a guaranteed delivery on a particular date. I called up Bosch on the same day at about 10:30 AM from Delhi(before the duties are assigned to service/installation engineers) the product was delivered at 12:30 PM and Bosch Engineer came for installation at 2 PM. I was one happy customer.Getting the product installation done by Bosch Engineers is the crucial thing for warranty.Coming the product, I found it to be designed for Indian climatic conditions from low ambient temperature in the winter, and summer ambient temperature of up to 43 deg Celsius, (Climatic Classification of SN and T) and it has been manufactured and imported from Turkey and not China.I think the ratio of the fridge to freezer capacity is maximum in comparison to any other product I had seen in the market. 400 L : 105 L net capacity available is better than even the 665 L side by side refrigerator which is about 405 L : 210L if don't need so much freezer capacity. This is the product to buy. I bought a thermometer and the temperature shown outside in the LCD Panel is the same as inside the fridge/freezer. I found the vegetable compartment to be one of the largest and helpful personally as I have to go to the market once in 10-12 days.Edit During COVID-19During the lockdown March 2020. I managed to remain at home for more than a month, Since I managed to fill the vegetables box full. Only issue is the humidity levels need to be monitored for vegetables whe you are planning to store for a month or more. With vegetables and fruits option humidity is higher than fruits alone option. With vegetables and fruits option even leafy veggies remain fresh longer

We specifically wanted bottom freezer, so that vegetables box is placed such that we do not have to bend while storing and removing vegetables and usual stuff. This fits ideally for this purpose. Deep freezer stuff is not so frequently required, so bending for that is occasional which is fine.Features:Preset Modes of cooling (preset temperatures for freezer and fridge compartment), Manual temperature setting also available.Door alarm if door is kept open for long. Many compartments for segregating stuff.Very silent operation.Bottom line: Too big for the price, other options are almost 100L smaller than this for same price range.

Amazing capacity, has one of the highest capacity to usability ratio. Super Silent, Super efficient and a very large hearted Refrigerator. Bought mine from Vijay Sales during the Diwali sale and with all the offers applicable at the time, got this for 55k. Super happy with this large hearted work horse.

I didn?t buy this refrigerator from Amazon but I bought this from Bosch store but I definitely recommend this to others. This refrigerator is big, stylish, efficient cooling power and value for money and work?s very well I love this refrigerator.

Exactly what we wanted. Spacious and well organised for various types of storage. Had bought a convertible side by side refrigerator last year. Realised that it?s not convertible . The racks in side by side are narrow limiting the usage of space and restricting air circulation. All those problems are resolved with this fridge. Occupies less floor space due to its deep and tall design. Recommend it for Indian kitchens.

This is an attractive refrigerator with ample space. Buy it if you have so much to store in your refrigerator. Best in quality, power saving and refrigerating.

I bought it through Vijay sales , Mumbai. Very well designed, spacious fridge. Very Smart look. Even guests coming at my place love the fridge . Moisture is the only problem I face specially during summers. Temperature control doesn?t help much. During winter it works fine. I keep them of freezer at -18 and fridge at 6degrees. I keep a thick towel at the bottom of the veggie drawer which absorbs the drained moisture. Though I face this problem, my daughter bought the same fridge last week because she loves it too and didn?t like any fridge better than this.

Bought this with soo much expectations... Locely piece, very spacious and thoughtfully designed. We loved the huge veggie box! An eye-catcher, everybody loved it.3 months later, water started getting collected in the veggie box. We called the technician twice, he adjusted the temp settings, same problem, called a senior technician, again re-adjustments.. no avail. Veggies started going bad due to stagnant water. As it was in warrantee period, got a replacement. 2 months later, same problem started. 2 tevhnicians came, made adjustments, but no change. Getting a refund now. Very disappointed! We feel there is some problem with the Model itself.Had loved the spaciousness of this one, now no idea which one to opt for with the refunded amount :( none seem to match this piece!

Received a damaged product and had to return it immediately to the same guys/Amazon who delivered it... Although, I have received a refund but shipping & logistics should be better improved, especially for big heavyweights like this 560 Lt. Monster from Bosch... Feel disappointed for not getting to use the product!!

Purchased this product from Bosch Show room directly. Used for Two months. now getting error E10 on the display. not sure if the defective product was given or some issue with the product. Trusted Bosch and Purchased it. the customer care service also is not responding. Kindly verify thoroughly before you purchase it.
