Awesome product, you have everything you need in a refrigerator..

It has all the things that are required for a refrigerator, good utilization of the available space and basic necessary features.

Has only one light in the fridge. No light in freezer. 454L Model has two lights in the fridge and one light in the freezer. Otherwise very spacious, well built. Good service by Bosch to cover minor shortcomings in shipment. Very professional service by Bosch engineers.

Really Good. Every thing better than Hitachi...Service centre response was very quick at the time of installation. Have explain do & don't before opening the box.

The fridge works like a charm. The build quality, appearance is good. Tho the box seemed to have been handled roughly (torn cardboard), there were no scratches or dents on the fridge. IMP - before opting for open box (opening of package by Amazon delivery team) delivery, do talk to Bosch customer care on their helpline. I did and they asked me not to open the cardboard packing. It has to be opened by the installation engineer. Anyone else opening the box would void the warranty. The installation engineer confirmed the same. Also it's a heavy fridge. If possible talk to Amazon customer care to ensure that atleast 3 delivery personnel are present to lift the fridge into your home. My delivery had 2 ppl, the driver and Amazon rep. I had to be the third person to lift the fridge to my home. Fridge is awesome.

Delivery was hassle free and the installation was done within a day.

This is the only fridge that is larger in height rather than width. Most of the brands with bigger fridges make them dwarf and fat. They get tough going through doors.Secondly,Generally (remember the word), Indians dont keep much food in freezers, as compared to western world, who (generally) need to store food for weeks, and they need to store meat a lot. So extra big freezers are wasted space for us, and the main fridge volume is felt squeezed out.This is the only fridge with a lesser Freezer and a bigger main compartment, than most of the other big fridges brand, where Freezer ratio is quite high.I dont know why this brand is never seen in any shopping mall. I bought Bosch because i was happy with its waching machine, so specially hunted if it has a fridge too.

Product is good. But Bosch should add more protective packaging as the delivery people made a dent on the fridge while delivering. it is a huge fridge and needs at least 4 people to deliver it

It arrived with a dent on the side but I got the refund

The engineer who came to install the refrigerator had no product knowledge , nor did the engineer who came to attend the complaint based on issues with this fridge. This is not at all why i invested in Bosch. If your staff does not know about your products, why do you manufacture and sell your products???

I have had this refrigerator for the past 18 months now. The worst ever purchase. This is the second time it has conked off. The replacement parts are not easy to procure- last time it took 5 days for the power module to be replaced which was less than 3 months ago and it has conked off again. Strongly recommend not to buy this. Not ideal for Indian conditions.

This product is not good . I purchased it 3 months back .Its plug is cracked, an inside glass tray plastic is also cracked.loud noise comes.Moreover its after sale service is very poor.I am unable to contact any customer service center.

In the fridge section :1. The top shelf mentioning vita fresh is missing, instead a small floating case is given in the second shelf.2. A total of 6 shelves in the picture shown in Amazon as compared to 5 shelves received by us.In the freezer section :1. The top upper shelf is a closed section where as the picture on Amazon shows two equal size shelf.2. The ice cube making case also looks different from azon picture.3. The side door shelves of the freezer section are half size as compared to the pictures on amazon.I didn't expect this from Amazon at least. Disappointed completely

Defective product received.... Now no one listening

Please refrain from buying bosch. Their after sales service does not exist. Its been 21 days and they still dont know whats wrong with our fridge. Please do not buy any bosch product.

10 days and the refrigerator stopped working! Delivery boys made a dent on the side which we thought could happen if we are to move the fridge. Customer service at amazon is not too responsive on the matter!

Product was purchased by me. The same was returned back by the person who came for delivery citing issues of Refrigerator not coming inside building.

the cooling in the refrigerator is pathetic on this model. not a recommended one if you plan to buy
