Amazon customer service is good. Prompt responding to all my queries, whereas when the product was delivered looked as if it was used one. When I wrote a complaint they are trying to save the sellers. Cooler is good but not that effective during the the day time. Compared to other coolers Blue Star stands high in terms of cooling and quality of the product. Night time my children start shivering that itself answers all the questions. Foul smell seems to be one of disadvantage of coolers. Use vinegar and dettol while filling the water tank. Go for it, better than SYMPHONY and Voltas.
