Please replace the castor wheels asap because the castor wheels do not fit in this item

Product used 2 weeks. Cooler product not bad put ice after usung cooling is better I like it.

The product is good at this price I bought it for only 5959 rupees but it actual price is 6990 and I got bank discount of rupees 700 and business acount cashback of 332 rupees the product is good and the air flow is also excellent but the only problem is that it have almunium motor rather than copper motor all the company who tower cooler like symphony, voltas, hindware,orient have almunium motor so go for it and buy it but I suggest you to buy at rupees 6500 to 7000 not more than that worth of tower cooler.

Louvers cannot be controlled precisely .I didn't like the water inlet.Package came without wheel notch. Very bad.
