  The worst experience one can get for after sales service and in relation to product quality has been redefined by BLUE STAR. This brand not only manufactures substandard product but also the installation team is unskilled and unaware of what they are doing. Brand new AC unit starts giving trouble after initial few days of installation and the technicians indulge in substandard installtion due to which problem keeps cropping up again and again.Fed up of this product and would not suggest anyone to buy a BLUE STAR Ac or any other product. Please spend your valuable money on other brands available in the market but not Blue Star
