Excellent performance. Very low noise & efficient cooling. I have installed this AC in my 11 x 13 feet room and cooling is very good at 26 degree. Nice design. I recommended to purchase the same.

Review after 1 month use , Cooling is good. Size is like 1 ton AC. Installation was quick and clean. You can ignore people complaining about minor issues like ac sound , it is window AC and it is making a sound just like other window ac. If your ac is making too much noise it may be the issue with vibration of window panel and Installation guys won't clean your house and they shouldn't be doing it anyway. Yes, try to adjust with cardboard installation for window gaps or you can also choose to pay extra for carpenter work. I got my job done with basic installation fee.

Though I was a bit skeptical on the efficacy of 1 ton ac, but after using this ac for a couple of days my skepticism has left me completely. I have a 11�11 room and this ac can bring the room temperature from 32 to 24 in about 15 minutes or so. I can say that I am wonderfully surprised by this product. And it's an Indian brand.

This review is almost after a month of usage. I was planning for a Blue star for some time. Have purchased over 30+ AC in last 20 years. Also have a portable AC of Bluestar so was aware of service quality. Service engineer quality needs to be improved. They damaged my bed while installing the unit. The main guy is good but he came with a helper who was continuosly on phone. The helper also took home the drain cup that was supplied. Since I did not need it I did not give it a heed. The way they handled the AC was not to my liking. Very dangerous way of handling. My driver helped them in every respect to lift the AC as it seems bit heavy for the helper to lift it Paper formalities very poor. Much better with other brands. Overall AC is very good. 1 Ton 5*size is almost the older 1.5 Ton size. Front facia is very tacky plastic & looks cheap. Remote is good. Sound is bit on the higher side for a new AC. Even my 15 year old Hitachi makes less noise. Hope their is no alignment issue. Service manpower quality needs to be improved
