Blue star ac is really good in terms of cooling, nosie level is low and energy saver....but I suggest one think before buying this AC please check size of compressor as its too big and it is same size of 1.5 ton Ac....luckily I have sufficient space in my balcony so I am able to install such a big compressor.....so my last submittion is Ac is really good but please check size of compresaor before buying 5 star ac of Blue star....

I am not sure whether this is actually an inverter AC. It behaves exactly like the non-inverter AC we have. An inverter AC should regulate the speed of the compressor in order to maintain the set temperature. But if I set this AC to a temperature of say 27C, the compressor will cut off when it goes down to around 26C. It will then allow the temperature to rise to 29-30C before kicking in again. This is not how an inverter AC should operate!There is no horizontal (left to right) swing. All you can do is to manually adjust the louvre in the direction you wish the air to flow, and it will stay there. The button on the remote (see attached picture) is clearly a ploy to fool and deceive prospective customers. It has no functionality. None of the AC models that this remote ships with has the functionality, as is evident from the user manual accompanying the AC (see attached picture). So if you are in the market for an AC with 4-way swing, look elsewhere.Other than that, it is a decent AC. Cools well. Noise from the ODU is a little on the higher side, but the IDU noise is acceptable. The ODU is huge I must mention, almost a metre wide! Hope the review has been helpful.

Worst service raised multiple complaints but none was addressed. After warranty seems it is not their responsibility.

I bought a Blue Star 1 ton 5 Star inverter AC from Reliance Bailey road Patna in July 2019. When the product arrived I noticed that it was manufactured in January 2018. That means one and half years old. I contacted Reliance and Blue Star. Neither of them responded. Real cheats. Keep away. Don't buy this product. I live in a one room kitchen house. I have 3 nos 9watts led bulbs and this 5 Star 1 ton AC. My monthly electricity bill rose up to ₹500 after installing the new AC.Bad product, poor after sales service.

Bluestar has zero Customer value. Worst service,Ac didn?t work since the day it was installed.they only give exceptions no proper service. Amazon sent a defective Ac very poor service quality

Performance is not so good , better to buy VOLTAS.

BlueStar Service is very poor in Hyderabad. Never bothered about installation of product. Continuous call n mail from last 2 month but no response. Never purchase Bluestar .

Worst product, it stopped working after 1week of installation and very very bad service by blue star. It is been 2moths ac not working and I called several times to the service center but no response. Amazon service is another worst thing, they took 2 months to return the product and to get my money back I had to call so many times to Amazon and they are asking to many details every time when I call them. If you don't want face issues like me, don't buy any products from Amazon.
