Worst AC, within 1 year service advisor asked to change all coil/coil panel costing 6000 + service charge + visiting charge + coating charges amounting close to 10000, Cooling went off even with in 4 months of purchase, what kind of product blue star making

the delivery was prompt, installation the next very day. some issues with the installation and had to call back the technical guys again. issues sorted out. working fine.

BEE rating 5 star for 2016 to 2017, but as per BEE latest rating is comes under 3 star.So beware before purchasing this because seller is not mentioned the bee rating period for this product. Purchase 3 star rating 2018 = this product (5 🌟 2017 rating)

Installation has not happened properply

I was told it's with energy rating of 2018. But got the old one with 2016-2017 rating

Very bed prudect

The AC started giving problems within 1.5 years of purchase. Inspite of regular cleaning and servicing

Cooling is not effective. Worst part is their service, not at all responsive, pathetic. Please don't go for this product.

I bought this ac from Croma Online for 27,400/- on 20th March, 2019. It was installed on 27th, it did not throw an ounce of air (cool or hot). The bluestar technician diagnosed and concluded that the fan motor failed. It is really pathetic that bluestar is letting units without factory checks in the market. Now am stuck with this non-functioning AC and desperately calling BlueStar & Croma teams to replace the unit. I lost faith in bluestar, the quality standards of bluestar are seriously dropping. Better to look somewhere.
