I bought this Inverter WAC after lot of research- technical, after sales, price - preferring it over LG. Writing this review after 10 days of use at office.Pros :1. Extremely silent operation. You hear just a soft murmur even when compressor runs at 100% speed - big relief as compared to conventional compressors, which switch on & off and are extremely noisy.2. It cools extremely fast, we feel comfortable within 15 minutes. The room is cool even at 27 degrees, temperature at which we run throught out the day ( installed at office).3. Very professional and helpful service engineers, who clear all your doubts & complaints.4. Finally, the satisfaction of buying a product of a 75 year old Indian Company, specialist in cooling solutions, and contributing to Make in India.Cons :1. Compressor warranty has been reduced to 5 years from 10 years till last year. All its competitors are offering 10 years.

Good product

It's fan motor turned down the day after installation, and I am shocked when i purchased it was 5 star, now the rating down grade to 2. I wish I had bought non- inverter Voltas or bluestar, which is 8000 to 10000 cheaper and better.

The Aircon does not cool the room as it should.

Bought this AC and gas leaks with in 4 hour of running. Very bad product from bluestar.They are going to repair the 1 day old unit.

Product response and its service is very poor, its internal kit burnt within one month of using. After complaining service provider is not picking our call.Please help, I have been making payment on time to time.
