Bought this AC an year back.. serviced twice.. both times they say.. the AC is perfect.. nothing needs to be done except for filter cleaning..Cools the room really fast and makes less noise compared to other ACs.. little overpriced but value for money

All the modes work great. The ac looks great and has tremendous cooling power. Works great for a living room or a big bedroom.

The AC is good performer, I don't feel its noisy as suggested by some reviews(every opinion matters). The cooling is fast. Installation was prompt and was done on very next day of delivery. I have solar rooftop system at my home(4kw), this AC perfectly works on the same.

Post using this AC m writing this review, installation service given by Blue star was good, though they have delayed it by a day but that's OK.Performance wise the AC is really very good, WiFi controlled option could be there with this pricing.

Wat an ac, cooling is beauty, cools so fast even in big rooms.but compressor sounds too much.

It's coming with aluminum condenser

Ac front panels has scratches.

Never expected BLUE STAR...We bought thinking it will work for years and years.But in just 15 months.. there is leakage in the condenser...And we cannot repair the condenser...we will have to change the entire condenser.

You should give proper servicing.. your service person took 8000 for fitting ac and now water is leeking on floor..

Received a faulty AC. Ice flakes and water were falling from the AC from day 1. Bluestar was equally bad in sending their team and checking what the problem is. After following up with them for 15 days they gave a certificate for return. Then started the actual trouble.The return pick was assigned to Delhivery couriers who started updating wrong statuses saying ?door locked?, ?customer asked to reschedule? etc. By the way the pick has not been done yet and it?s already been a month.

As per official Blue star Website Condenser is Aluminium, why they are mentioning Copper ?

�This is a hopelessly designed product, got repaired 3 times but still having some issues, it gives very weird sound after making it on for 3 to 4 hours. Repair people could not repaired it. Kindly give the replacement. Or otherwise, I will go to consumer court. Please see the attached video taken at 5am.
