    Delivery and Installation was smooth and as per flipkart given dates. Cooling is good. All the normal AC features are there. Only issue is there is no hold/lock feature in the remote. Overall the product is very good and value for money. Happy with the overall experience.

    Noice is little more. Installation bad. Within 1 month of installation ac was not worked. Water leaked from inside with big noise. No cooling after use of 20 days. In chennai also there is no immediate service. It takes around 1 week Overall i dont suggest bluestar, to anyone. Eventhough its indian company, but poor customer service. Flipkart 3 rd grade product. Gas was leaking from inside. Poor quality in ac installtion agency
