Very nice product

It's an awesome AC.The indoor and outdoor units are very quite.It cools the room very quickly.

I am happy with the product. Works perfectly. Quite and efficient. Power consumption also seems to be reasonable (for 25-26c). I hope money will be saved in the long run.

Worth for money. Bluestar should improve it from 3* to 5* for less electricity consumption.

Bought it from offline store, but the product is really nice. Cools fast n this model is one of the quietest model in AC available as of today. Installation happened within 2 days of product delivery. Good value for money.

Bought it few days back, needed couple of followups for installation. But overall pretty good product, less noise and I don't feel like ac is running if u make fan speed to low, even the outdoor unit is quite. Impressed a lot

It is not a 5star ac

I have bought two ac one Voltas 1.2 ton non inverter and this one from snapdeal.Service is good from bluestar. Voltas is bad in service.Bluestar Product is good.The voltas 1.2 ton which i bought for 24k from snapdeal offers the same or even better cooling than inverter ac as the non inverter Voltas AC runs without stopping i think.This is 3 star inverter so no much saving. BAD AC

Good Product from a Best manufracturer. Cooling is good and options are adequate for different modes. Remote is a bit long like TV remote, however the options are more and easy to operate. But the nightmare starts when the technician visits the unit. They make you replace all the parts make you pay the amount more than the price of AC.

Horrible service from blue star..no one has any idea on where the installation guy is, they have been postponing it

Don't buy it... I purchased it from local market... But after 6 hr of running no cooling.. Its just like cooler... My room size is 14*10 and no heating from top or side

Purchased this air conditioner last year from Croma. Faced issues with installation. After 11 months it stopped working. No technician visited after giving the complaint. It's been one week now. After sales is worst. Better go for Daikin or Hitachi.
