Worst Product.. Cheating Company

I have purchased black ox 32 inches smart TV by April 2018. TV was already with the board issue when purchased. But I noticed only by January 2019. The issue is, we couldn't download any app to use as smart TV. It had a storage problem. When I tried to change the factory settings, TV stopped working. After repeated complaints since January 2019, agent from your side turned up after 4 months and said it's a board problem and will replace it. But even the new board is not working, including remote. When I again complained to blackox, your customer care numbers were not reachable. Then after trying to Amazon several times your agent turned up and said, it needs a software update, which is not available and update you soon once we get it in the month of July 2019. But until today there is no response. When I tried reaching your customer care, line is not getting connected. It asks for language option, then again the call is getting disconnected or becomes blank. Your technician doesn't finish the work.. He didn't screw the tv properly. I m still having some screws which your technician ask me to keep safe to fix after the problem solved.
There is patience for everything. I want replacement for my TV. Am not ready to wait any more. For a single TV you made me wait for an year. Never seen such a stupid and lethargic company and customer care initiating to ask the same story 1000 times.
