Battery issues..

Battery problem n phone doesn't work properly so I would like to return

This is an 8 year old phone runs on blackberry 7 OS. Not even anroid, this is not an option for 5K because baseline android perform far better than this one.

Initially, the mobile used to get hot sometimes. The set has fixed battery and hence only wayto reduce temperature is to use Clean Master application or turn off the mobile. There were frequent updates provided.Recently on one of the forced notification the mobile was upgraded to Marshmallow.Now the set gets very hot frequently. The Clean Master app shows temperature as high as 72 degrees.I went to HTC service center at Thakkar Mall, Borivali West, Mumbai and they said, the OS can not be downgraded.I requested them to format the set and use previous OS but they can not do it.

I brought this phone in mid November2016 . In the beginning it was ok but charger and headphones wer not working.I took this problem to htc service center but was shoked when they told me ki this headphones and charger doesn't belong to this mobile!!!How is this possible???? And second this phone is from out of India so it is not repairable in htc center.. and I brought this mobile online.this is worst peace I had used till now

Dont buy this mobile,all mobiles of desire series has very bad results.This mobiles battery backup is worst in android arena.worst mobile i hve ever seen.

This phone is worst.Too much heating problem no battery backup, the phone discharges in 2 hours onlyI suggest not to buy the phone at all.If you want to waste your money than go ahead
