I have been a BlackBerry user since over 4 years, upgraded to Q10 since 8 months now.. I see many reviewers have reviewed the product without even using it. The Q10 is and excellent piece of work and the phone looks perfect and feels perfect once you get it in hands.The metallic finishing on the phone gives it a premium look which everyone will like for sure. Compared to the slim and slimmest mobiles available, the Q10 is bit thicker which also gives in a better grip and lets you feel the phone better.The phone does what it is intended to and that too with complete accuracy. Its super-intuitive, its extremely well designed for even not-so-smart people to get well-organized. the keyboard feels like a literal cakewalk. Blackberry Hub is fascinating. And, with the latest BB10.3 it simply exceeds your expectation. You can download all Android apps with Amazon App store.Granted, there are less apps but every serious organization don't forget to provide apps for Blackberry. Yet, sometimes I honestly wish BB has atleast half the number of developers Android got.Unlike Google Play and Apple App world, BB has serious scrutiny over publishing Apps which reduces Apps number but increase more secure and stable apps. So, its worth it.1.5GHz dual core is more than sufficient.. There are absolutely no lags while running the apps or the phone .It got 8MP Camera, which good enough for a decent photo shot and with most sophisticated image stabilization algorithms, this beast can capture perfect photo's in motion too.TIMESHIFT feature is fantastic & with amazing snapdragon processor its easy to manipulate images speedy. The battery is pretty good for a smartphone which will last a whole day if the usage is heavy with the phone and on a normal usage with the data service turned on, you'll certainly get 2 days.Spread Love Not Lies & Hatred!

Good Phone

I bought this phone about 3 months ago. BlackBerry has its own style, the features are amazing and the phone is very responsive. For users of Android who want to buy any BlackBerry phone it is always difficult to adjust, it takes sometime to get used to this os. Amazon has its own version of Android app store for BlackBerry. But besides that the BlackBerry appstore is not so cool as most of the apps are paid. But the elegance of using a touch and type phone like BlackBerry Q10, for me, is more than these issues. And besides BlackBerry provides a lot of built in aps which are useful, the default browser is also very good, unlike the on provided by android.

Charger issue...

Does what it is designed to do. Great for emails and typing. Excellent battery life and that's about it. Map your expectations accordingly, it won't disappoint.

I used a BlackBerry in 2007 and that model was 7100 which had a roller dial on the right side to scroll up and down. It was a fabulous machine, the best phone I ever had. This machine Q10 is almost the same though it is smaller and thinner than 7100. It's deja vu.The only downside I find with this phone is that the charger does not work, it refuses to charge my phone. I initially thought the phone was a damaged piece. But when I charged it with the Redme usual charger it works fine. Because the phone is so good and I already have alternatives for charging I am ready to forgive BlackBerry for the substandard quality of the charger. The phone is slightly old and not comfortable at all the new apps downloaded. The second reason I bought a BlackBerry is because of its well-known security features. It has feature which prevents it's usage if it is stolen. That may not prevent burglary but you can prevent misuse of your data. The best part of the deal is whenever I keep my phone on the desk during a meeting no one misses the changed configuration and the incredible beauty of the phone. That, of course, makes it more prone to theft!

I bought this in April 2019. The phone is brand new.everything was perfect from hardware point of view! All accessories new and included.the only issue is blackberry servers didn't respond due to which I couldn't use bbm on this. Neither was I able to I download any apps and use them! So if you're buying this phone it will be only for basic usage like phone cal and sms and none of the apps will work. Not even blackberrys own apps. However the call quality was amazing. Calls get connected in jus 1.5 seconds I was surprised and stunned. Normally on my Samsung note 5 and iPhone 6s it takes around 4 seconds to connect the calls

Q10 has great specs for a BB device. The screen size is very small comparing to the giant phones we see in the market today for cheaper prices. But it is a quality screen with good ppi. The screen is easy to read even under direct sunlight.Q10 has a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 Plus processor and 2GB of RAM under the hood which is more than enough for the apps you run on it.One of the main features it has is the keyboard,which BB lovers would love. Touch keyboard users would find it bad though,for not having features like swype .BBQ10 comes with BB10 operating system,which is navigated using the touchscreen and gestures. It is a great upgrade from the old operating system,but the app ecosystem lags miles behind android and iphone.You can port Android apps to the Q10, though they don?t all work properly.Camera : It?s just NOT on the same level with pictures we shoot with the Galaxy S4?s 13-megapixel camera, the HTC One?s 4-Ultrapixel camera or even the camera on the iPhone 5.Who is this phone for?This phone is strictly for Die hard Blackberry fans.This phone is expensive.If you are a BB fan and you are buying this phone for just BBM,then you have better options for the price. You can get an iPhone or an Android and install BBM. BBM Beta on Android now supports voice calling too. If you are an Android user,or an iPhone user wanting to buy this, you better DON'T. This is not a product for you and you are gonna hate it for not finding the apps you use on others not available on BB.

This Blackberry phone is not really a good option to buy. Has many flaws in it. The screen get damaged easily and can break even your phone slips out of hand. Software lacks many features and also misses lots of common and important apps in its app store. So for me this model is NO NO...

Not 4g

box accesories are fakecharger and earphones are not the blackberry

The phone is good but faulty product was shipped to me. 2-3 keys have stopped working within one month of usage.

Keypad of handset was not working on day for which i contacted Blackberry but come across a world pathetic service.. However i am happy that i bought it through Amazon who helped me refunding a money back as it was not even a week old delivery when i realisd keys are getting stuck.Thanks Amazon.Pathetic service by Blackberry.

Worthless.... service centre denying to provide service stating that its o/w whereas i have bought it in feb and while ordering the warranty was showing as - Warranty Details: 18 months manufacturer warranty for device and 6 months manufacturer warranty for in-box accessories including batteries from the date of purchase. its costs me 18999 but of no use now.IT SHD HAVE BEEN ZERO START.

Out of the box, one key was stained and one wasn't working. And not very good that in October 2014, they should send me a phone manufactured in June 2013.
