We have been using this now for a week and it does exactly what it is supposed to do. It cools with a blast of cool air when you are in front of the grille.The key is to adjust the louvres at the front of the grill to direct airflow - in the vertical direction - to where you want the cool air to go. This adjustment is a manual process of trial and error. The swing/cool switch can be set to make the air swing from side to side. We found that not swinging got us focused cool airflow. This is the setting we are using today.The second key is to position the cooler's height so that the grill can get you a good blast. We have placed the cooler on a stool so that the airflow is directed at the bed and is about 3 feet away. The blast is so cool that we need a blanket to protect ourselves from the cold. We set the fan speed to the slowest although on warm nights we set it to the middle speed.I would have rated it at 5 stars but for two things. The water level indicator is in the front of the cooler but the water inlet is in the back (and very tiny). I need to swing around the cooler each time to check the water level as I am filling water into the machine. So, this is poor design. Second, the plastic on the outer casing in the back looks cheap. But these are minor shortcomings. Water consumption is about a half of bucket for 8 hours of use.This is not an air-conditioner - and so, please don't expect it to cool an entire room when it is on. One has to be in front of the grille to feel its effects. And it does get cool, in fact, even cold, when you adjust the cooler to your needs.

The best cooler,but noisey.

Nice cooler and does its job. In 43�C it was able to make us feel normal. Guys it is not a substitute to an Air conditioner. It will not cool the room but will only throw cool air. So as long as you are in front of it you will feel its effects.Only problem I faced is that water drips but the repairman told me that its the problem with the designing of the product. He has fixed it with some local jugard.Also to mention, excellent customer service from bajaj. Called them twice for water leakage and each time within 30 secs I was connected to the customer care executive and next day their technician was at my doorstep.

Okay product. A bit overpriced. Cools a small room effectively. Not suitable for a medium/large-sized room. However, unhappy with the seller. Poor quality parts provided. Honeycomb pad withered away in just 2 months of purchase. Unable to return the product as time range has crossed the policy terms.

Product is not bad. Good in this price, but symphony is the best product. But symphony is costly. Over all good.

Swing is not free flow. It's stuck on right side during swing. Launching a manufacturing defect complaint with Bajaj electrical. Let's see if they entertain Amazon delivered orders.Side walls are of plastic board, thus limited air flow. Not very cool... :(

Very small product

This product is not good. I am returning it. No effects at all. N water leaks. Not at all happy with this item. I am forced to give 1 star. I don't want to give any star rating. :(

Bajaj has advertised this product as room cooler. Sorry to say this product is purely a Fan nothing else. Request Amazon and Bajaj to do advertisment correctly.

Worst ever

From day 1 its not working for me. Service of bajaj is useless.

I bought it in march 2015. Got the delivery on 4th April. Worked well for 2-3 months.now the water pump has stopped working completely. it costs 1450 to fix that. Worthless product. Please do not waste your money on it.

Damaged product delivered. Too noisy.Threw broken plastic flakes from inside.
