Asus ZenFone 4 A400CG Review

  • Good
  • Good performance and features
  • Very good camera with Full-HD recording
  • Good build quality
  • Excellent value for money
  • Bad
  • Average battery life
  • Poor screen visibility

Asus made quite a splash by launching three new phones this month, the Zenfone 4, Zenfone 5 and Zenfone 6. Despite the naming scheme, these are not the same device with different screen sizes. The sizes correspond to significant differences in price and capabilities.

Asus ZenFone 4 A400CG Summary

The Asus Zenfone 4 is the smallest of three siblings, and also the most affordable. We like what we have seen from Asus with the entire Zenfone series, and this model is no exception. It offers excellent value for money, primarily thanks to an excellent camera. We really liked its look and feel, including the custom ZenUI software experience. The only letdowns were mediocre battery life and a dull screen - though the overall package is still impressive for the price.
