Arrived very fast. Satisfied.

This is my second ASUS, I can't think of anything negative to say!! I bought a slightly smaller thinner version to take on my travels.

Pros: Excellent Super lightweight laptop! Great battery life. Super slim.Cons: fingerprint smudges on the aluminum top cover. Speakers are not very loud when using the laptop in your lap (they work well on a tabletop surface, though).I would buy it again and recommend it for others.

Have been working with the Zenbook for the past week. It's absolutely amazing! I had a Toshiba Portege R835 for three years which I really liked but over the past six months it just kinda got tired of life. So I wanted another lightweight 13" laptop and the Zenbook is just ideal. It's blazing fast, the screen is incredibly crisp, even Windows 8 is not the nightmare everyone seems to paint it. I love the fact that the Zenbook doesn't run hot. And the color, which is like a rich dark plum color, is, to me at least, very attractive. But most of all I love the feel of the machine. It's like working with a slab of highly machined steel. The only quibble is that maybe it could use another USB port because I need one for a wireless mouse, one for headphones and I need another for a cable internet connection, but that's a small point. In summary I love it.

i love my new laptop. it looks and feels a lot like my wife's fancy mac. i paid a couple of extra dollars to have the bloat-free version and i've never spent such a small amount so wisely. the asus is fast, its keyboard is very pleasant to use and the screen is excellent. my only gripe, as others have mentioned, is the proximity of the power and delete keys.

The laptop is very smooth. I used it mainly for internet browsing, watching of youtube videos, processing of word documents, and did not experienced any lag so far. Boot up time was very good, less than 10 seconds. The device feels solidly built. Overall extremely pleased with this

Great computer - cant quite believe how light it is :)

I have had many many laptops for many years. My last laptop was the lenovo twist which had a touch screen, you can google it. It is model 230u. This Asus Zenbook machine blows away the lenovo, both in screen size and performance. The screen on the Asus Zenbook is much detailed, the blue toothtooth on the Asus zenbook connects better than Lenovo twist. The weight is 1 pound lighter then the Lenovo and the screen is 13.3 compared to a 12.5 on the lenovo. I could go on and on. This Asus Zenbook UX305 is a complete upgrade! I am absolutely in love with this notebook. It honestly feels like a smaller macbook air, with nearly identical specs, for half the price. Great value for a great product.

Quick and light with a great display runs Windows 10 like butter. The only con is the lack of a back-lit keyboard otherwise love this laptop

So far, so good. Had it 2 months and no problems. Fast and extremely mobile. Superb battery life averaging about 7 1/2 hours between charges.

This machine is awesome!! unbeatable price at least for me. Very thin that the pouch i bought along with it has more space. Very fast with no pre installed softwares. Boot quickly thanks for the SSD. Very light, too. I would highly recommend this machine.

Great lightweight laptop. You're not going to be running demanding games on it, but for someone like me who just needs internet and some Office products, it's perfect. The mini HDMI port output is great for putting some HD movies on your TV or projector. No moving parts at all and as slim as it is the battery lasts 8 hours at least (I have some power settings that allow this).I saw a couple other review saying the case color is off. I bought the "gray" model and there definitely is a purple shade to it in a well-lit room, but I am not bothered by it.

Got the laptop a few weeks ago and so far I love it. It's super thin and light and the screen provides an awesome picture with no glare. The SSD allows the laptop to load up very quickly. If you push the power button, the desktop will be up in 10 seconds or less. I consulted with a lot of computer geeks before getting this laptop, and it's perfect for those who need a solid reliable laptop for regular use, but don't need it for heavy use and don't want to break the bank. I'd definitely recommend this.

This is the second computer of this model that I have purchased. This one was for my son. Simply a great machine if you want an aluminum case, great display, super thin and light, fast booting, limited bloatware, and completely silent operation. The Core M processor is not perfect, but it is more than adequate for almost any task. If you want to use the computer for games or video processing, this is probably not right for you, but if you are just tackling normal computing chores, this is simply a great machine. Less than 1/2 inch thick and very light, almost everyone who sees it wants one. It is just a laptop, no touchscreen, not a convertible, but it does what it does very well. No frills, all business.

We use this for vacation travel only, so my review is only so relevant. However, I would like to emphasize how wonderful getting the Microsoft approved model is: It boots up in maybe 4 seconds, and shuts down in 2 seconds. For those of us who don't want to waste half a day figuring out how to delete all that garbage merchant ware, this is great.

Super slim and fast, I have had no issues with this product.

Really liking this so far. I had bought a cheaper Dell and hated it so this was worth the extra money. Also bought it from the used section but other than the package it seems new to me. Just feels like quality. Like the screen and the keyboards. Very happy so farI have had this for awhile now and love it all the more. Feels so substantial and does everything could have possibly hoped

Came as described, no problems, no visual defects. I'm enjoying the use of the smaller size. I like the battery life and the screen more than anything. No performance issues to report. However Bluetooth could be faster to pair, but that may be my device.

Best laptop I've ever purchased. There is a driver issue however, so that when not plugged into a power source the driver will crash and the screen with go black and refresh. Still would buy again though, even with the driver issue.
