good product. delivery too bad, my order staff outside the door, do not inform me. If it lasts long, I think will steal.

All is good

The laptop functions fine. The manufacturer gets docked a couple of stars for replying to the question "Is there an SD card reader" with "Yes there is a multi-format card reader on this unit." There is in fact a micro SD reader and that's it; if you have a regular sized SD card you'll have to connect a camera or an external reader.The sound is quite good compared to similar priced units, however, it's annoying to have to hold the fn key to use the hot keys, including volume control.Generally, I like ASUS products, but misinformation and functional annoyances make them hard to love.

So disappointed in this purchase and now Im stuck with a laptop that will not turn on not matter what we have tried with troubleshooting the issue
