Is exactly what it is, as described by the seller. Happy with the on time delivery. Price of the product is fairly priced. So basically no complains. Extremely happy with product.

Product is good at this price range. At this price range you will get more than expected. Touch panel is responsive and touch pad also very responsive on multi finger touch. No noise at all. battery back up is around 5 hours if you are just browsing and watching youtube. Key board is good to use and noise free. Except seller everything looked fine to me.

Third class product. I bought it for my daughter but she was upset with it's speed so never uses. Works very slow. Sent authorized service centre twice but of no use. I feel like throwing the laptop in dustbin. Pleaded to flip kart to take it back in lieu of another high budget laptop but refused. Flip kart service useless. Hence stopped buying from flip kart.

Asus X102BA - is an extremely underpowered laptop whose processor is just not capable of handling even basic tasks when running Windows 8. The laptop was unusable and it took 4 to 5 seconds even time I clicked or swiped the touchscreen. It became moderately responsive only when I changed the settings to "optimize for performance". Even then, basic operations also take a lot of time. Changing windows, opening task manager etc also take anywhere from 5 to 10 seconds. Only good thing is the availability of touch screen but its a pity when the laptop is just not able to handle the expected workload. You cant even dream about gaming when even basic MS word is stuck all the time. 2GB RAM is just not enuf when it comes to running Win 8. DONT make the mistakes of installing Windows updates. I installed updates for about 1.5GB and the system performance went from bad to worse.. If you want a 'somewhat' usage system, just use the laptop as is without any changes to OS. I tried installing Ubuntu as the last resort but it seems that the BIOS is programmed to boot with Windows OS image and it doesn't allow you to boot another OS. :-( The only option is to have dual boot and retain the dumb windows 8 to make the system usable. My verdict: Don't be mesmerized by the low price and the touch screen. This laptop is just unusable. :-( Not what I expected from a company that's world no 1 in motherboards.

Buying this laptop was just like wasting your money n time.........this is the world's worst laptop ...and flipkart is giving u great opportunity to buy this.....I dont know why ASUS make this type of useless laptops just to fool people..... You cant go for browsing online banking on this laptop.........it start not responding Its battery backup is not as good as mentioned here..
