This is not a gaming system, It is a striped down version for productivity apps, FB is perfect for this and its apps, If U want gaming spend thousands more, this laptop never crashed or froze, Knock on wood here but U never know lol, Worth what U pay. The shipping express I was surprised cause where I live , had this beaut in 3 days :)

We have purchased several of these. Most of them are for office work and web browsing. They are not gaming machines. We haven't had any complaints. They run very well. I don't understand a lot of the complaints. Even some of our less experienced users haven't had issues.

Exceeded requirements. Great product for price point.

Perfect laptop for my needs!

Great laptop. Dunno why so many people were complainkng about it. Able to surf the web no problem, play world of Warcraft without loosing frames and do basic computing with it, battery doesn?t last the longest so if your on a plane or a long bus ride be sure to have a plug close by

This is a Good Laptop There is one I didn't get to review cause my friend had to buy it for me I was having trouble with my card that day. ASUS laptops are awesome they do exactly what I tell them like I said before though you get what you pay for good laptop good price better laptop better price great laptop great etc.

Love the storage and RAM size. Perfect screen size for movies. I use it for school also. Im upset that Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. do NOT come with Windows anymore. You have to purchase it. I enjoy this product.

I want to do like this laptop. I had to replace an older Asus computer and this was a great match. It is much lighter than my original laptop and I'm very pleased with it.

Had for a while, works well, I get nearly the full speed of my ethernet on 5Ghz wifi. (210 mb/s vs 260 mb/s). Does what I need it to, has 5 hour battery life when I put it in full charge mode and watch videos outside.

Pretty good laptop for the price

I bought this for home office work. It is a good laptop for this, no problems to report. The speakers are good. Glad I bought it despite the negative reviews, it meets my needs.

I've been using it for about 15 days straight , non stop. The lap top's been turned on since then and it's never been shut down yet. So far so good.

A couple weeks in now, and the machine seems to be okay. I'm missing having an SSD, but it's great to have the 1TB storage.It runs much cooler than comps I've had with AMD chips, but seems slower than the posted 3.2 GHz.One thing; I know it's a cheaper model, but I think this is the only laptop I have ever had that didn't have some kind of CAPS LOCK indicator light. Would that have been so hard to include? Only time that I have had to enable the sounds for caps lock.It has crashed a couple of times, but I'm still in the updating everything phase, so maybe that's what causing this.All in all, it's okay.

It comes with a bunch of bs loaded on here causing it to run EXTREMELY slow. My disk was 99% full when I started using it, but after getting rid of all the games and other useless programs it, it's running much more fast. Still slower than I like, but once know how to get rid of the rest of the stuff slowing it down, I'm confident it will run fast and smooth. Great quality build and storage. I don't necessarily want a touch screen, but for this price, you could definitely get one.

Let me start by saying that I am a fan of Asus, I think they build quality products. However I got my hopes up on this one. I bought this to replace my Asus laptop that ive owned since 2009, which was upgraded to windows 10. But the new laptop ran just about the same as my 2009 there wasnt any improvement in speed. Excellent looking laptop on the exterior, but the screen was terrible and the computer just ran slow.

This would have been a 5 star product for the price, but I've had it for less than a year and the battery has already gone out on it so it only works when it is plugged in now.

Garbage hardware. After 7 months the HDD died. Turned it on, nothing. Went into BIOS, can't detect anything to boot from. Cheap hardware, get an HP INSTEAD.

It?s very slow for some reason and I haven?t downloaded anything new on it. Looking into taking it to the computer place to fix the speed issue. And I don?t play or watch movies. But just to open web browsers I have to wait like back in ?99 🙄

UPDATE It worked great for 12 hours then it stated to freeze. I have tried to fix the problem for 2 days. I am getting a refund which was easy and free.This is a great laptop, it is quick and powerful. It is sturdy but light, The laptop is still cool after 9 hours of use. The keyboard is very responsive and so is the touch mouse. The setup was easy and fast, it talked me though it. The display looks great and the speakers sound pretty good for a laptop. I am glad that I took a chance on a product without any reviews.

Just received the laptop today. It froze on me and gave me the blue screen..the heck.Quite slow and the fan is pretty loud sometimes...I don't think it should be like that for a brand new laptop.I'll give it another day, if it done improve I'll return this item.Item is nice to look at.

Sadly, returns on initial purchase and also the replacement, both defective. I still like ASUS, but this particular laptop was a mistake.

Computer was laggy and glitchy right out of the box. Ended up returning the next day. Save your money and find a better laptop.
