Nice piece of machine under 20k..I needed a laptop for my official work which is easy to carry n light weight.Mostly for ms office n to access the autocad files..initially it was slow but windows 10 updates its right on the money.MS office package is valid for one month only

Small, worthful and cheap than HP similar models. You can use according to your choice. Wonderful sound. But no more graphics or complicated works. HP is too costly.

It's a compact laptop which can be used for minimal tasks like web browsing, typing and storage use.I highly recommend replacing the HDD with an SSD. The laptop will work much smoother then.Not much should be expected of this laptop.

The procesor of this system is of only 1.10Ghz and Where as this portal claims 2.4GHZ

can we increase the RAM for this.

Slow performance

Very disappointed. Hanging and struck too much. i bought this laptop for Autocad and solidworks design. but only chrome installed stucking too much. power button is a total disaster.

Can we have any other os other than windows 10. Like windows 7 or windows 8

I don't know if this was a mix up by Amazon or Asus. But the minute we got it, it was slow as can be. The response time was abysmal, horrible. The laptop never supported any files, the saving of any files, would keep hanging, suddenly just a few keys would stop working.This laptop that was an absolute nightmare. wasting someone 20,000 ruppees is just unacceptable.I deserve to be compensated because I don't know how else to fix it.

3rd class performance, never expected from ASUS product. I used only 3 months and sold this, never buy this very slow.

The product is not up to the mark and expectations. system is too slow and at times it doesn't respond for 1 minute or so. I bought the product for my daughter's study purpose. but unfortunately very disappointed. Now I am planning to return the product....

Don't waste your money on this FALTU product. Purchase a good phone with large screen size or go for a tablet which will be more valuable than this.
