after few update laptop run smootly

Good budget series laptop. AMD A9 is a powerful chipset. Awesome design and build quality. Only disadvantage is its battery backup.

After using this product i have given rating. 1) Display 10/10 2) Look 10/10 3) Performance 8/10 4) Battery 7/10 5) Graphics 7/10 As per my veiw its a good laptop and has a good features for normal gaming its good but the camera is not as good as compare to hp or dell Its come with geniue windows 10

5star for product But The images shown are wrong it dose not have any fingerprint sensor *The display is awesome *Camera is vga so no coment it is kinda not ok *Keyboard is not great but ok the on of button is placed beside the keys so have to be careful no back lit *Trackpad is ok *Sound actually it blows my mind wowww...! (Awesome) *Material quality is great for this price but its kind of flimsy *Just got so let me test but yes it charges battery very fast and battery backup from few time spent is ok *Easy ram upgrade from back *I dont know when ill use DVD *Ports HDMI VGA 2xUSB 2.0 and 1 3.0 USB +USB c type c and a charging port *Weight is not heavy not light but kind of wighs around 1.5 kg think so or 1kg as giving *Came with Windows 10 *Microsoft office *AMD A9 7th gen 9420 processor With 4gb *DDR4 ram *Gaming yet to test but this is a budget laptop with AMD R5 GRAPHIC so it's kind of ok *Dont know about the VRM Ill test gta 5 it might be able to run on low settings lets seee..... Takes 8 seconds to start the screen and after that to Windows around 9 seconds Abd after power of it take the same time to shut down completely after the screen goes off ...... *Overall for this price bracket Man just take it and all from a reputed brand from gaming laptop .... Don't know but love wth asus laptop and their phones I WILL GIVE IT FIVE STARS IF THE IMAGES WERE SHOWN WITHOUT THE FINGERPRINT READER it stopped my expectations for fingerprint (=_=)

battery problem battery not working

Been a week since purchasing. System works very slow. Even the system apps takes long time to open. Feels like using a second hand computer. Requested for replacement. Got pathetic support from Flipkart. I had to repair myself. Coordinated with Asus support who were responsive and acknowledged the issue and rectified within 48 hours with a technician visit.
