Sleek and lightweight. Very fast with the SSD. Graphics are great. Little smaller than I wanted but will definitely do the job I need it to!

I like this laptop, and it's sold for a very good price. I am a devoted mac user, but needed a windows laptop for some work-related stuff. This ASUS was a good choice. It's lightweight and works well. Very happy with this purchase.

Initial order was returned because the battery wouldn't take a charge. Amazon exchanged with no difficulties. Great laptop for streaming and gaming.

Great Ubuntu 18.04 notebook! I have left Windows 10 on for now to play with both Linux and Windows. I will likely remove it later. I shrunk the Windows partition and installed Ubuntu 18.04 and rEFInd in a new 32 gb partition. Powertop shows about 10 hours of expected battery life (after calibration) with wifi enabled. It has an SD card slot rather than a microSD slot, and the standard microSD adapters stick out about half way. I have ordered a low profile adapter made for a RaspberryPi -- hopefully that will let me keep some extra storage around.It does get a little warmer than I expected -- I mention that only because I'm concerned with power consumption and battery life. I guess time will tell that tale -- I've only had it a couple of days.

It has worked out fine for what I'm using it for and the battery lasts a long time.

this unit took quite a while to download the updates but once it was done it is great for what it was designed for.

Great little device. Best specs for the price range. Love the fingerprint unlock, range of ports and battery life. It would have been nice to have a USB-C charger rather than a dedicated charging port, but hey, that?s a pretty minor issue. Excellent resolution screen, keyboard key return and trackpad. Highly recommended

I bought it as a back-up device, in case an older computer crashes. It hasn't happened so far, so that I don't use the Asus often. Whenever I do, it works the way it should.

For the price this is a great machine. A bit heavy but again for the price its great.

Very good laptop for the price, solid build quality, fast enough for work, good battery and very light. The screen is kinda bad, somewhat dim and poor view angles but is usable.

Lightweight, fast, with a long battery life. Should be easy to cart around and not worry about losing power till you get home. But I'm old fashioned, I wish it had a cd drive.

�The ASUS VivoBook E403NA is great for casual use but tends to crash when overly stressed.I was surprised that Asus wasn't able to pack a higher quality display into the computer at this price point. The 14" TN display is running at 1080p but loses image quality quickly if not viewed directly on center.The biggest problem we had on this one was how often it crashed when we were stressing the hardware during our gaming tests and benchmarks. While these machines are not designed specifically for gaming we were surprised how unstable it was even with games that run fine on competing computers with the same hardware.

I bought it June 2018, I seldom used it .But last week does not work anymore , so slow ang always buffering.... what a waste of money..

Seems like a decent laptop. Nice design. The wireless ac card in mine is awful. Only reaches a few feet from my netgear nighthawk 3200, a premium router. The CPU maxed out to 100% while only installing Google chrome. The screen is a good resolution but mine came with fingerprints and a small permanent dark line on the screen about an inch. The fingerprint reader will not work. It says there was a problem please try again later when I try to set it up. The storage is minimal and slow. There is no way to upgrade the storage. I got mine from Amazon warehouse deals. It is clearly a defective unit someone else has returned being sold as "used like new." I would not recommend this laptop even new with all of these problems mine came with. Very disappointed looked like a decent lightweight laptop.

Purchased this laptop exactly one month ago, and it just died on me. It won't turn on at all. I googled it and it seems to be a common issue with its motherboard. STAY AWAY.

Unpacked the unit and setup Windows 10.Once windows was running every 10 seconds the unit would freeze for 2 seconds and the screen would blink. Asus support had no idea on how to fix this and suggested to -reimage it again, and continue.

Terrible! Worst customer service I have ever had. This computer died after 4 months of use and won?t even turn on and the company isn?t able to process a repair or even answer any questions on their help line. Asus is a joke. I?ve never had such a disappointing retail experience.
