Excellent laptop, quick boot, awesome power for a great price.

Great entry level gaming expo at 60hz 1080

This laptop has been very buggy. This laptop had a difficult time running fortnite and similar games without major tweaks to the os. I think the problems are software related as the hardware specs should suffice for basic gaming. I?m planning on replacing the hdd with an ssd and rebuilding.

This laptop has only been used for classes for 3 weeks. Today it froze & no longer works - even after a complete factory reset.

DO NOT BUY!The system cannot output through the Nvidia card at all. Some kind of emulator kicks in that is supposed to be using the Nvidia card. This is not how it works, the entire system goes warm at the slightest use of the "advanced video card"To quote an email from the support:The system will know when to use which graphics, depending on programs being ran and will not be able to be manually adjusted to use or the other as primary. The device is able to interchange between Intel and NVidia as it has the capability for both.This makes the system a fraud.

I purchased this laptop and it froze up and became completely inoperable during a Windows update. I sent it back for repair and they confirmed receipt, then contacted me on September 10th to let me know they had received it and were working on it. I have heard nothing since.Amazon is no help here either as they keep sending me a link to a different manufacturer to check the order status, and the link is broken. I feel like I have been robbed here.
