Best ever laptop till date i have ever seen. I have used Apple MacBook but ASUS has much more quality than it. I am not praising ASUS but also want to say this is world best laptop comparing Alienware.PS: Guys Beware of Duplicacy.

Received this in 5 days. The laptop was packed in 3mm bubble wrap and then put in a box. So it was safe and sound. I registered the product for warranty on the official MyAsus app and it got registered, while the dedicated app for product registration showed that the product has already been registered. Build quality is good with a tad bit of flex in the screen and chasis. The processor handles everything like butter, especially in multi threaded operations, however, more CPU intensive applications demand at least an i7. NVIDIA Optimus switches off the GPU when not in use to save battery, which brings me to a weakness in this laptop - it's battery. It is not good, 4 hours maximum on full charge. The keyboard is good with decent travel and well spaced keys, the tracking uses precision drivers, so there's no questioning it. The buttons click nicely. The screen is not an average TN Panel, but it lacks brightness. The model I got delivered has Hynix RAM and SSD, which is a renowned company in South Korea. It has 1TB SSHD which is faster than average HDD. Boot time is 6-7 seconds. I haven't tried any games, will update soon with each game's FPS. One thing I've noticed is that the charger does not plug in quite well into the charging port, it wobbles a bit. And the screen wobbles very slightly too under a room fan (I have very fast spinning room fans). UPDATE: So I ran few AAA titles and everything works super smooth at Ultra-High settings. For newer games, dial it down to high. The thermals on this thing are amazing. The fans get a little loud in Boost mode, but they prevent the CPU and GPU from crossing 60-65 degrees. I recommend headphones while gaming (using boost mode).

Bought it at 63k after getting discounts. Excellent laptop at this price point. Those who are experiencing frame drops while playing games without plugging the laptop to a power connection, change the settings in Nvidia control panel. Google it! It has only one drawback. It's 48Wh battery is meagre.Update 18/11/18: it's battery life is the worst. 100 to 5% in 90 minutes. Charging 5 to 95% in 87 mins. 5 to 100% in 120 minutes. The conditions, screen at 50% brightness, Best performance battery, fan in overboost and keyboard lights off, all the while watching videos using earphones on the web. It may vary drastically for others. If you play latest games like assassin's creed origins in ultra settings the CPU will heat up and game will forcefully close. It might happen multiple times. You won't encounter it if you reduce the graphics. Bottom line: even the best has its shortcomings!

Worth product in this price and performance also good. And once again thanks to amazon great indian sale....

Before buying this Laptop I have done many researches. Comparing with other brand like MSI HP Dell etc, you won't find same specs in this price range. Boot time is ~5 seconds, I worked with After Effects and other video editing software also, the performance is quite satisfying. Battery life and less memory (8 gb ram) is the only drawbacks for me.

This laptop screen panel is peeling out within 5-months, Worst laptop, on Thermal Throttling@88 degrees celcius the CPU frequency running at 0.5GHz. I have tried all settings in "ThrottleStop" or in "Intel Extreme Tuning Utility"My BIOS is even latest Version FX504GE BIOS 318 but nothing helps, My old samsung NP300EZ laptop is far better than this. I'll wait for all software optmisations for this 8th Gen CPU i7 8750H6-Core, 12-Threads are not helping because of heavy Thermal Throttling

Please do not buy this product....There are a tonn of issues.1. Screen glitches a lot. ( Every 10 minutes of use leads to 2-3 second of screen freeze and glitch ).2. Battery backup is poorest . ( Battery last for at max 1 hour ).3. 45 fps at max in medium graphics..4. No value for money.And many more ..
