Laptop is nice and worth money. I got the product ontime delivery but bit sad with the packaging by Amazon.. they should at least care about such a costly product.

Ideal laptop to do coding and multitask at the same time. It handles it very efficiently.I have not played any game on this as of now so can't judge on that.

Totally worth the price

Very good system the display is fantastic and the gaming is very smooth and the mouse touch pad is very smooth.FANTASTIC LAPTOP!

You won't get a better gaming laptop at the given price point. Modern games such as Battlefield 1 and The Witcher 3 can be played at 30+ FPS at high settings. The only limitations are battery life (about 4 hrs for general purpose and about 1 hr during gaming) and the lack of a DVD drive.

Gaming experience is good when playing with overboost mode. The battery life is also good and provides around 3-4 hours without gaming. Avoid gaming on battery power for better battery life

Best ever laptop i have till date as i do lots of vedio Editing work and gaming..so i got overall performance from this laptop..I run Adobe Premiere pro, after effect, photoshop and Autodesk 3ds max and maya in this and many heavy duty graphical games into it..And it perform very nicely.I like its cooling capacity and sound and as well as 120 hz display for gamers.

I didn't buy this product on Amazon, as when it was released it wasn't available, I've used many PCs like this, also I have similar Dell config XPS, in my experience in terms of performance this is the best at this price range.At the time of my purchase the price was 80K, all laptop prices have been down since then.Good:1. Best in a laptop under 1K, for sure.2. Doesn't heat up like most others having i7 4/6core. The dust resistant fan really works.3. Good screen quality, not IPS but better than my other DELL IPS screen, the keyboard and overall build is okay.4. The switching time is phenomenal, starts within 20sec at most. 10 sometimes, since new updates have been blocked by some windows error.Bad:1. Battery life 2.5-3 hrs at most.2. Build quality not that great, the lid is metal but feels plastic. The laptop is heavy, it had to be I think, otherwise it would have been impossible to enhance the performance.3. The trackpad is not easy to work with, misses the touch, doesn't track properly, without a mouse it becomes difficult to work with, most laptops at this cost are better in this area.No CD slot, 2 USB 3, 1 USB2, 1 3.5 port, 1 LAN and that's it.For games, yes most modern games will work, but high graphic setting will cause it to slow down. I've never experienced any game slowing down unless its unplugged from charging, as it sets itself into balanced mode and uses less of CPU memory and maybe switches off other systems.

I purchased this laptop last year (from a different account) and recently it starts showing wifi problem like disconnecting frequently and connecting back again it's really annoying while playing online games and a month back it shos the code 10 error on wifi drivers. I tried everything like reinstalling drivers, resetting laptop completely, all the way fresh windows reinstall with everything wiped out but nothing seems to help.So I contacted the service center and ordered wifi card replacement but I doubt that's going to solve the problem.so....?? Anyone on the same boat?

Simply superb.

The best laptop you can ever get in this range. I've been using this laptop for over a year now an I'm very much delighted to make this laptop as my choice.The points I'd like to mention is battery life, but that I guess you guys can understand, higher the performance - higher the battery requires.Other thing is heat, but you might get cooling pad for that (I bought it).One more, it's a bit noisy when fan speed boosts up (but that's for our purpose of benefit I suppose).I extended RAM to 16 GB and I've tried COD Ghosts, Modern Warfare 3, GTA V and trust me, all of 'em run very smooth.

I AM using this Laptop for the past 2 Years. It has High End specifications in a Affordable price, Compare to another Brand. I am a Graphic Designer the software has supported very well. So, I suggest to go to this (ASUS)Laptop.

I couldnt believe my eyes. Its amazing to see such a laptop at a reasonable rate.im a programmer and this laptop is best for me. I use 3 operating systems on this laptop and there is no lag, no perfomance issues. Its performance is off charts.display is good although its not as good as dell comp etitors at this price range.but it beats dell at every other aspects. And i do not find any dire need of more better display.already its ips display very good.im a casual gamer. Not found any problems so far.this lappy is perfect for me.also consider dell 15 7570 at this price range if u r totally fixated on display.i recommend this one as there is no big difference in displays. Thanks.

Excellent product

The specs are very good for an entry level gaming laptop. Has an extra slot for ram, ssd and hard disk which enables the user to upgrade or to insert an extra hardware when required. Every gaming laptop has one big minus. i.e, the battery backup. However, it provides a reasonable amount of backup time. After nearly 2 months of usage, it gives a max backup of 5 hours for normal usage (when charged to 100%) and hardly lasts 2 hours while playing a game. Always suggestible to plug the laptop to power source while gaming for best performance. So far so good.. Overall, the laptop is very good for it's price.

Exceptional value for money! A 120hz display at this price point is quite unheard of and is the biggest selling point of this laptop. I've been using it since 2 months and the performance is rock solid to say the least.If you're concerned about any heating issues (like I was, before going for it) keep in mind that you can easily do a mild undervolt and keep them in check.The battery life is decent for a gaming laptop, and will get you through 3-4 hours (while not gaming).

A powerful machine with poor battery life. Battery lasts about an hour. If you are into gaming and need a budget laptop then this is the one for you.
