Great machine for the price, minimal bloatware, nice keyboard and spacing, runs games like a dream. Fan is very quiet, even on overdrive mode most people couldn't hear the fan over the running ac unit. Not super heavy either. Very please with this purchase.

Best machine for gaming. Fans are a little noisy, nothing a good gaming headset won?t fix. Plays any game at full chat.

Everything is fine with this bad boy, the battery life is a bit short but it is expected since its a gaming laptop. Works like a charm. The aura effect on the keyboard is amazing.

I ordered this for my daughter and she and my son (they have three computer science degrees between them) did a lot of research on gaming laptops. It seems that all gaming laptops have their issues but this is the one that they settled on and she has not had any complaints after a month of use. I'm not a gamer so I don't really know the issues involved. I'm in the macOS ecosystem so Windows laptops are not in my interest area.

Excellent build quality, fantastic performance, great features for the price, the keyboard is very good and feels lighter since the weight is very well distributed.

Great gaming device with plenty of power for a portable device. Easy to use software, minimal amount of bloatware installed.

Been using this laptop for about 2 weeks then finally decided to plug via monitor with HDMI, it would not display, i tried the drivers and it would look like it doing something but nope nothing happen. Ive tested my cables since i have a ROG Desktop and cables worked fine.I have no dislike about this laptop. Its portable and i dont expect it to be super beast like my ROG Desktop. I would have kept it, if rog support would be willing to send a tech to replace the HDMI port but didn't so i had to return.The bright side is i rebought it and hopefully i wont have to send it back. Will create an unboxing with testing everything before waiting a few weeks. I didnt feel like i needed to as ROG has not disappointed me yet.I wish the Hero II came with RTX 2080Ti though

I was really impressed with the capabilities that this gaming laptop has. It is visually stunning and works really well. The display is beautiful. It didn't come with a mouse bit that's fine.

Very beautiful, the only problem is to redeem the code of CALL OF DUTY: BLACK OPS 4, it is not clear when requesting the code.

We did a lot of research before buying and this is the gold standard in this price range.The battery life, perhaps understandably is really short given how much this game is pulsing through the processor.

I really like the ASUS brand. I got this one because I could add a faster nvme drive. So I added the fastest one out there. What a difference. Yes, I would buy ASUS again. And the warranty price is great. You buy this online at stores that will build it for you and the price is ridiculous. Do a google search at what a reasonably price for a warranty is.

Only complaint I have is one of my GPU fans that makes clicking noise sometimes. This could be due to the salt in the air as I live at the beach. So it possibly could have oxidized a little and that is why? Either way I really enjoy this Laptop and would buy another from the ROG line when I need to upgrade.

Since I don't use the webcam it doesn't matter where it is placed. It's a very usefull pc for gaming. Nice touch and powerfull enough to give you very nice graphics on a heavy game as Final Fantasy 14.

This laptop is fast, is perfect for gaming and in a dark room the RGB lights look amazing!

The ONLY drawback to this system is the noise when in full-on gaming mode -- but my games play so well and are so totally absorbing I don't notice!
