Great zlaptop for iTs price . Just the harddisk size issue

I bought this one for my requirements of low cost (bought for 14500/-after 10℅bank offer), ideal 14in screen, light weight, slim, win10 preloaded, bay to add hard drive, long battery life 7hrs. Knowing it's a low powered hardware, i did followed the suggestion given in various tech sites as follows, 1. Added 120gb Adata ssd ( rs.2750) 2. Did all ssd optimisation like disabling indexing, pagefile, search, prefetch, superfetch, restore, and few more i don't remember, search internet. 3. Uninstall all preinstalled bloatware incl antivirus, win defender is great. 4. Downlod install all win updates, you need to insert 8gb pendrive if u didn't get ssd, to complete around 3gb updates. 5. Here comes the tweaking, now the 32gb space is left only 3gb (12gb before update) do win disk cleanup incl system files, this will remove previous windows old version and 12gb of space will be gained back. 6. Download CCleaner do disk, registry and all auto startup clean. 7. In the settings storage change download & all defaults go to ssd D: & also in the edge browser download location. 8. all ways use edge for browsing. 9. Tweak adv sys performance in control panel system, for your liking. 10. Don't forget to install all the other applications only in the ssd, if you got. Don't install any applications that you rarely use. Restart the system and amazingly 5 sec shutdown, 20 sec bootup time, snappy performance almost matches my old i3 system in all day today tasks except gaming. For around 17k total incl ssd I've got what i always wanted. Review after 2months: Now ive done a fresh clean win 10 install on the ssd & formatted internal 32gb, found the system even more faster and snappy performance. All latest drivers reinstalled with all the previous SSD optimisations & tweakings done again.

Hangs often and hardly works. Cant do anything but throw it away. Tried to return in but flipkart "rejected" it. what's the point of a return policy if you wont honour it. I buy a lot online. this was the last think i ever bough on this Shitkart.
