Viber Launches Rude Rider Racing Game

Instant messaging app Viber on Wednesday launched Rude Rider, a free-to-play action-packed racing shooter game featuring its popular sticker character, the irreverent Rudy.

"The Viber Games platform continues to grow and we are excited to add our first racing game, Rude Rider, to the portfolio," Michael Shmilov, COO of Viber, said in a statement.

"We are constantly improving our integration with games to improve players' social experience. We have big plans for 2016 and Rude Rider is the first game of many," Shmilov added.

Rudy, who insults players with his rude and tongue-in-cheek humour, will be seen racing through traffic, blowing up cars, helicopters, tanks and any other obstacles in his way.

Rudy taunts and insults players with his signature attitude and sarcasm throughout the game. Players collect coins as they shoot obstacles, and use them to customise their cars buying boosters, weapons and shields and more.

The game is available for free on iPhone and Android devices. It joins Wonderball, Viber Backgammon, Viber Candy Mania, Wild Luck Casino and Viber Pop on list.
