Club Samsung 2.0, a digital entertainment storefront spanning music, movies, videos & mobile TV, has been launched under Samsung's MSC (Media Solutions Center) division and is currently available with 14 Samsung devices.
At Club Samsung 2.0, customers can access content across multiple languages with hundreds of movies & videos, thousands of songs and mobile TV with over 90 channels. We will continue to scale this up aggressively to give our customers the widest possible repository of content, Samsung South West Asia President & CEO B D Park told reporters in Mumbai.
"With this launch, we reaffirm our leadership in customer-centric innovation, which is at the core of all the product development that we undertake. As an industry leader, Samsung is addressing the need to provide high quality digital content by working closely with content providers and ecosystem developers," Park said.
The new offering from our MSC division will not only provide unparallelled user experience but will set a new standard in the mobile entertainment space, he said.
The store supports content in Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi and Gujarati.
Club Samsung 2.0 is compatible with 14 Samsung devices currently and it will be scaled to 33 devices in a few months. It will be available for download starting September 30 from the Galaxy App Store, the company said.
