Some of the notable features of the Opera Mini browser is that it can shrink webpages by up to 90 percent and can render webpages faster, even in places with poor network conditions. The company notes that, "16 Indian handset manufacturers have already pre-installed Opera Mini on over 350 models of Android devices available in the market."
Announcing the milestone, Lars Boilesen, CEO of Opera Software said, "The Internet has the power to transform lives and we want everyone to have access to it. That's why our browsers are designed to work on almost any Internet-enabled device and in the toughest network conditions.
